January 15, My wife and I purchased a 2018 Sonata Limited with 10,000 miles from out of state. Tommy Byers, Salesperson, and Brandon Smith, General Manager were wonderful to work and everything went as planned. The delivery drivers were courteous. I signed the paperwork and then they handed me one key. I asked for the second key. I have never witnessed anyone move so fast while saying “God bless you and your family” over and over. My wife phoned Tommy and asked him for the key. He blamed his client who turned in the car. So, it is their fault? We inquired one more time and then again to Brandon. After 24 hours without a response, we posted this one-star rating. A key could have made it a five star. Disappointing…
Parts department problems - Jeremy
Ordered floor liners in person at the parts department to insure I got the right ones. Called for 4-5 days before finally speaking to Cody in parts who said they were in. I drive an hour to Jonesboro to find that they are not in. Cody says well I can ship them to you. I thought that would be awesome. So I give him a $100 and $25 Chevy rewards voucher as partial payment and go for my card to pay the balance. He said “don’t worry about the difference, we have a little wiggle room on the price.” This was on a Wednesday so on Friday I call to verify that they’d been shipped only to find Cody had quit. Now the dealership will not honor the price Cody promised me. It seems that working with management at this dealership is impossible. I hate being made to be a liar but this is exactly the way I’m being
made to feel.

Let me start by saying the extended warranty they offer and I paid an extra $1500 for is a joke.. It never covers any thing and the service center will make sure of this from what I have experienced.. The people who work in their service center doesn't have enough respect to call you to inform of what they are going to do to you car and that isn't going to be covered before they do the work.. Even after you make it very clean that you want them to call you before they do anything that will cost you money.. They even give your their word that they will call but guess what the only call you get is to inform you that your car is done and that you now owe them money because this amazing warranty that you bought wont cover the cost.. The warranty is suppost to be bumper to bumper 75000miles if anything breaks they fix it you'll never pay more them a 100$ out of pocket and that is only suppost to be if you use a company that is outside of their an approved machanic list.. Even the dealerships sells ppl is like a bunch of buzzards that hover over you and pressurer the xxxx out of you.. Filling your head with a bunch of deals that is not at all what they act like they are.. I wish I would of never bought anything from this car lot and I will never take my car back to them again! Not even for any of my services I would rather pay out of pocket then give them another dollar of my money...

We were traveling through the area and the nav system in our new cadillac decided it wasn't going to work. Everything else in the cue worked. So locating the closest dealership to out hotel was Parker. Upon arriving we saw a salesman putting the rope across the lot. We pulled up and we were able to catch him (BRYCE) to ask what time they open tomorrow. He said 8am and we explained we were on a road trip from PA to NM. He asked what the issue was that we were having trouble with. We told him and he easily could have said come back tomorrow and see service, but he did not! He took the time to say "Lets see if we can do a hard restart on your system and it may fix the problem. He stayed there with us and took us step by step through the process to see if it that would fix the problem. Sure enough it did and we were back on the road! Bryce went out of his way, after hours to help us out! Incredible! If you are looking for a salesman who will take excellent care of you, Call Bryce! Its obvious this dealership rocks its customer service.

Buy your Cadillac in Little Rock! - badexperience
The service at Smith in Fort Smith is terrible. They are slow, and it seems every little thing is not covered by warranty, such as cleaning carbon out of the induction on a brand new car? They sing a great song up front, then you have to shell out the bucks. In my opinion, they are con artists. Never again for me!
