Whoever handles their instant messaging does not understand the service business. They said about $235.00 for an oil change and an hour or two. Then he says $235 or less. And they think I'm going to trust this? Funny how this works from Mason which has a dog photo. He abruptly ended the chat when I questioned the 2 hours. When someone isn't local you might want to be more accommodating and schedule it. I have no intention of driving a great distance and waiting for 2 hours for them to get around to it. The difference between wanting the business for your overpriced service and not. Be sure to do your due diligence. This dealer is owned by Swickard who has a social media to spin their way out of incompetence. Read the reviews on Yelp. Chose wisely.

Looking forward to seeing you in the near future because I have some other issues I could not afford at that time but my Toyota Tacoma running like a clock at 200,000 miles plus. Thank you for all the teamwork involved in keeping me from walking but at 210,000 miles Toyota is the way to go especially with parts replacement , go Toyota!!

One of the poorest run dealerships I’ve encountered. Caught service advisor in several lies during our service. Asked to have service manager contact me. They never did, left 3 messages on Service managers voicemail and they never called back. Seems the poor attitude towards taking care of customers starts at the top. If they cared they would at very least call back but they never did. It’s a shame was hoping to establish a relationship with a dealer but now I’ll have to drive to Carlsbad or Kearny Mesa.

They marked the car had a full tank of gas and I told him that is not correct it was almost 3/4 gas. I took a picture of it when I left and return the car with the same gas amount. They charged me ~35 for gas. When I called they asked for proof. I sent it to a girl name Jessica and she never responded. I've called multiple times and no one picks up. I'm never going back to Audi West Covina now because of this crappy service from EXECRENTACAR
