Giancarlo Horna, Anne Benham both shown me the car and - Tienshi09

Giancarlo Horna, Anne Benham both shown me the car and demonstrate how the car basic function and new features. Test drive, car delivery and notification are all first grade! Giancarlo even help to give me a ride from home to the dealer to pick up the new RAV4 Hybrid and setup the Toyota App on my iPhone in the car so I can monitor the car, turn on off the car via phone and car tracking feature. great. Good service!

went to school with David and remembered him as awkward - lvmn004

went to school with David and remembered him as awkward and acting like he was better than everyone else, but people change, so I gave it a chance since I needed a car. Instead, he completely ignored me. That was especially disappointing given how much he claims to give back to the community. It didn’t feel genuine, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand - Eduarda Rosa

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid with Toyota of Poway. From the start Alex was very attentive on the negotiation, after a lot of research I found out that only Toyota of Poway and another Toyota dealer in San Diego area are fair and honest with the price of the vehicle, they actually sell it for the advertised price (window sticker) without adding thousands of dollars on ad ons and junk fees that most dealers do illegally, not mentioning that I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. The General Manager Michael was very kind and took the time to make sure my experience was going well. Toby Zachry the finance manager made the final steps of the process seamless and smooth and got me on my way in no time. He also was able to give me a great deal on an extended warranty package and alarm system. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am so glad I went to them. Thank You to the whole team at Toyota of Poway! You guys rock!

I sold my 2018 Lexus LS500 to I-10 Toyota. - chuck.sutter.7

I sold my 2018 Lexus LS500 to I-10 Toyota. The dealer had submitted a generous online quote for my car. I was helped by the Used Car Manager, Tommy Lacerra, as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I had a check in my hand in a few minutes. Mr. Lacerra, and I-10 Toyota, honored their online quote without issue. I had a great experience with I-10 Toyota. Well done.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Toyota Rav4... - barblan52

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Toyota Rav4 from Jim Bagan Toyota. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. Brad gave us a great deal. The entire staff where professional and outstanding. The shop foreman even took time to show me how the car was certified and checked over. Then he demonstrated how to use the numerous options on the car and made sure I was comfortable.. JJ was very through and detailed. He had everything ready and labeled to sign. Katelyn made sure my title was correct, mailed and followed up that it was received. I will definitely purchase a car from this dealership again. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience.

The sales department is unorganized, we had to do - Anonymous buyer

The sales department is unorganized, we had to do multiple trips to sign papers because they did not have them all together. Along with that, their service department did not smog vehicle when purchased so we had to take it back after the sale. Also they installed new brake pads on rear of vehicle, but did not replace or turn rotors. Rear brakes are shot after 15,000 miles. Spoke to service department about a warranty on parts etc. Service guy was rude, talked over me while I was trying to ask questions. He stated that Toyota does not offer warranty on parts and they would do nothing. Long story short save yourself and do not waste your time with Toyota of Lompoc for sales or service.

Anthony was amazing ! - kytkaivo

Anthony was amazing !!! Thank you so much .. Definitely recommending this servis department to friends and family!!!

Bought my Tahoe here in 2017. - SaraL

Bought my Tahoe here in 2017. Sales was fine, finance was fine. at 60k miles transmission failed after a recommended service. No issues prior to this service. I was under warranty. Transmission was difficult to get due to COVID but replacement eventually happened. I had my brakes done shorty after. Recently my brakes were making noise. I called to inquire about the warranty on them, I have yet to receive a call back that was over 2 weeks ago. My husbands truck had a recall on the airbags. Got it in and left my number. They keep calling my husband who is out of town. I picked it up and it is filthy. The rearview looks like it was almost ripped off. I was asked what time I'd be there so they can pull it up. When I got there I was given the keys to get myself. I have since traded my Tahoe in and will not purchase another Chevy due to constant issues with electrical, transmission and failure to return calls. While I was there the phone was ringing and the service associate sat there on his phone instead of helping his co-worker. They need new management and staff.

We needed gas, stopped and found our Toyota gas door - yiguirros

We needed gas, stopped and found our Toyota gas door wouldn’t open. We were far from services but managed to make it to Thurston Toyota in Ukiah with a little gas left. Fortunately we were greeted there by Justin Dominick who kindly helped us out. He saw what the problem was and kindly showed us how to fix the door so we could open it and put the nozzle in for gas. Without him and the Thurston agency (on a Saturday no less) our vacation trip would have been ruined.

Custom Ordered Tundra - Cannon92227

When searching for my new Tundra I looked EVERYWHERE. The only dealership that was willing to order the truck for me and not charge an exorbitant amount was Rogers & Rogers Toyota. After ordering the truck I received a few phone calls with updates. Within a few weeks they had called to let me know the scheduled build date. Once the truck was built they gave me an ETA for arrival to the dealership. Within 60 days I hd my custom built truck parked in my driveway! These guys are awesome!

★★★★★ This was the THIRD vehicle our family purchased - hollyholdings

★★★★★ This was the THIRD vehicle our family purchased through Zack Stevens at Yuba City Toyota, so apparently either Zack is really good at his job or we have developed a fairly expensive Toyota habit. 😂 We drive up from Sacramento, passing plenty of Toyota dealerships along the way, because Zack simply delivers. Our last two purchases were **in-demand Camrys**, and both times Zack somehow found exactly what we were looking for and made it happen quickly. At this point I’m beginning to suspect Zack doesn’t actually “locate” Camrys. He summons them. 😂 This latest purchase also involved some out-of-state logistics that could have easily turned into a paperwork rodeo. Zack handled the entire thing flawlessly. Communication was prompt, clear and consistent from beginning to end. No chasing him down. No wondering what was happening. No sending the dreaded: “Hey Zack… just checking in again.” Zack handled everything so smoothly that our main responsibility was basically to show up, sign our names and leave with another Camry. Three vehicles later, we’ve pretty much stopped asking, “Which Toyota dealership should we go to?” Now it’s: “Call Zack.” If you’re wondering whether Yuba City Toyota is worth the drive from Sacramento, apparently our family has now conducted this experiment three times. The answer is yes. 😂 Zack — outstanding job again. And Yuba City Toyota management: when customers repeatedly drive past other Toyota dealerships to buy their third car from the same guy, you might want to keep that guy happy. Oh, what a feeling Toyota… Zack found us another xxxx Camry. 😂

The staff, especially Noah, at MidCity has been very - Beeki

The staff, especially Noah, at MidCity has been very helpful in the process of asking me what features I liked in my previous vehicle, showing me various cars until I made up my mind which one I liked, having me take it out for a test drive, and standing by me through the purchase itself. Since the sale, the staff has assisted with the myriad of questions I’ve had as I get to know “new-fangled” controls in the car.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beyond Just a Car Purchase – A Once-in-a-Lifetime - MuthuRJ

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beyond Just a Car Purchase – A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience at Novato Toyota! Whether it’s your first, second, or tenth Toyota, if you’re looking to buy a Toyota vehicle — you can blindfoldedly trust Novato Toyota and especially the amazing team of Laith and Thomas Philavong. This review comes straight from the heart of a family that just bought its very first car in the U.S. after living here for nearly 15 years — a stunning 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. This wasn’t just another car buying experience. We had never heard of Novato Toyota before this, but Laith’s communication, honesty, and efforts made us trust him instantly. He went above and beyond to find one of the most in-demand Toyota models for us earlier than any dealership in the Bay Area. And we were so confident in him, we drove nearly 100 miles from our home — that’s 200 miles round trip — just to buy the car from them. That says a lot. We were exhausted — my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I — but even with the long drive and a full day of paperwork, it all felt 100% worth it. Our daughter, who usually dislikes long car trips and waiting, was genuinely happy — and as parents, when you see even your child feel the joy, you know you made the right decision. Thomas, the manager, treated us like family — literally like an elder brother, with heartfelt blessings and support throughout. When a Toyota policy got in the way of what would have made us happiest, both Laith and Thomas worked extremely hard to find a way to make it happen — and they did. We left the dealership not just with a car, but with the joy of our lives, knowing we were taken care of by people who truly put customer happiness before everything else. Toyota should be incredibly proud of having professionals like Laith and Thomas representing them — not just selling cars, but creating stories, building trust, and making dreams come true. Thank you, Laith and Thomas, and thank you Novato Toyota for giving us an experience we’ll always treasure. If you’re thinking about buying a Toyota — this is the place, these are the people.

Worst than 0 - Jeep Owner

This place kept replacing the parts on my jeep and then after three attempts said that's normal and there's nothing wrong! Don't take your vehicle there!! They had mine over a month total!!!!!! The people are lazy and rude!!

Juan was the sales person assisting me, and he wasn’t - bmoores128

Juan was the sales person assisting me, and he wasn’t professional, and wasn’t serious in wanting to make a fair deal, and rather wasted my time entirely. Better off going to other dealerships.

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment... - Chris O

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
