Good price, I had oil change 2 hour wait once vehicle was - Vato low

Good price, I had oil change 2 hour wait once vehicle was in the shop, but they have a great coffee bar and comfortable seating. I listened to my playlists and read a book, this made the waiting bearable. Excellent customer service every one was pleasant and I felt welcomed.

I contacted this dealership cause I was looking for a pre - Chantillylacedesserts

I contacted this dealership cause I was looking for a pre owned SUV. Alfonso texted me back after getting my credit and said “ good news” we have a way to go then he sent me their inventory . I told him what vehicle I wanted he never got back to me. Then I spoke with Gus and he said he would get me numbers like Apr terms etc for 2 days he avoided me. Then Charles contacted me again he avoided me. Then I spoke with Andrew he finally said sorry we can’t do anything. This dealership is lacking communication skills they also mark the cars up so if you were to try to refi you could not

We had an excellent experience at Santa Margarita Toyota - Tommaso F

We had an excellent experience at Santa Margarita Toyota from beginning to end. Owen, our internet contact, was very kind and helpful on the phone and made us feel genuinely welcome as soon as we arrived at the dealership. JC, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and never pushy. We never felt rushed into making a decision or pressured while working on the deal. He gave us the opportunity to test-drive two different vehicles and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Halston, the manager, was also extremely kind and cooperative while working with us on the numbers. We originally came in looking at a used 2025 Camry, but he was able to work out a much better deal for us on a brand-new 2026 Camry, which we are very happy with. Richard, the finance manager, continued the same great experience. He clearly explained the additional products, warranties, and services available without ever making us feel pressured to purchase anything. We chose a few options that made sense for us, and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on those as well. The entire experience—from our first contact to the final delivery of the vehicle—was smooth, relaxed, transparent, and respectful of our time. Having worked in car sales myself in the past, I know the difference between a dealership that is focused only on making a sale and one that genuinely cares about its customers. From our experience, the team at Santa Margarita Toyota is honest, trustworthy, professional, and truly customer-oriented. Thank you Owen, JC, Halston, Richard, and the entire Santa Margarita Toyota team for making the purchase of our new Camry such a positive experience. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My elderly parent accidentally changed the vehicle's - M B

My elderly parent accidentally changed the vehicle's display from miles to kilometers, which caused some concern. He brought the vehicle to DCH Toyota of Oxnard, where Patrick took the time to listen patiently and reassure him. Patrick not only resolved the issue but also addressed another concern involving the tire pressure (PSI) warning light. To make the experience even easier, Patrick arranged a shuttle service so my parent didn't have to wait at the dealership. He truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing vehicle service. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine care for customers make him an invaluable asset to DCH Toyota of Oxnard. Thank you, Patrick, for treating my parent with such kindness and respect.

One of your employees at Bob Smith Toyota mocked me by - ddongbiniru

One of your employees at Bob Smith Toyota mocked me by saying something that sounded like "ching chang..." followed by what appeared to be fake Chinese words while laughing. I don't know exactly what he said, and I do not want to falsely accuse anyone of using a specific racial slur. However, it was clearly intended to mock an Asian customer. Fortunately, this incident was captured on video. At this time, I do not wish to pursue legal action, but I strongly urge you to make it clear to your employees that racial remarks or mockery toward customers are unacceptable. This is the second time I have experienced this. Several years ago, I let a similar incident go because I had no evidence. This time, however, I was fortunate enough to have video footage. It is disappointing to experience this while visiting a dealership that sells Japanese vehicles. Whether your employees personally dislike Asians is something I cannot know, but no customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment. I expect Bob Smith Toyota to investigate this matter and ensure that it does not happen again.

I did my homework before coming to Dublin Toyota—built a - SB78

I did my homework before coming to Dublin Toyota—built a Tundra online, reviewed financing, and sent my info over expecting a professional experience. It went downhill from there. First, the salesperson wouldn't even call me; I had to chase him down to confirm my availability. When I arrived, the experience was a comedy of errors: Zero Inventory Knowledge: He immediately tried to push a used model I had no interest in, then literally wandered the lot because he didn’t know where the Tundras were parked. Bizarre Disorganization: He finally led me to a row of "new" trucks, only for me to open the door of one and find it belonged to a customer, complete with their personal belongings inside. Completely Uninformed: He couldn't answer a single basic question about the truck. I literally had to pull out my own phone and look at Toyota’s website to get answers. I knew far more than he did. No Discovery: He never asked what I needed the truck for, what my monthly budget was, what I wanted for my trade-in, or how much I wanted to put down. After test-driving a 1794 and an SR5, he completely ignored my hesitation and aggressively pushed for a deposit. When I asked for my trade-in keys back, they joked about "not holding me hostage"—a comment that instantly made me realize that’s exactly what they were doing. I am absolutely buying a Tundra 1794 (non-hybrid), but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to give a commission to a salesperson who knows nothing about the product they are selling. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership.

Emilio made my car-buying experience smooth, welcoming, - Alexandraandrade172

Emilio made my car-buying experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. He was patient, transparent, and especially kind to my mom, speaking with her in Spanish and making her feel comfortable throughout the process. That truly meant a lot to us. Wolfgang in finance was also fantastic — very knowledgeable, professional, and clear when explaining everything. The whole team made us feel at ease and confident in our decision. I’m very happy with my 2017 Camry and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I like this repair shop. - jenny

I like this repair shop. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and the wait isn't long. I'm very satisfied, so I go there often.

Worst service ever! - nicole.serralva

Worst service ever! I don’t recommend it at all! They gave me a dirty car and broken key and it took them a month to detail my car and five me the key. Once they detailed my car they lost my headphones, a part of my car, and my Santa Monica parking pass. They said they couldn’t prove they lost my headphones but committed to give me a reimbursement for my parking pass, and to get me the part of the car they lost and it’s been like 3 months and nothing has happened. I called several times and Tyson was the one dealing with this and gave me his number. He would leave me on read which I could see and I would have to go every week in person and drive to Hollywood from Santa Monica to ask what was going on. Tyson kept on lying and saying next week he would have it handled and that he didn’t see my messages when I could see the read! They also sold me a car full of scratches and the computer died 3 months after I got it! 3 months! They are scammers don’t trust them! Horrible service!

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra Toyota SLO, and - brent951

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra Toyota SLO, and I wanted to recognize Eddie Torres for making the entire buying process straightforward and easy going. From the beginning, Eddie was honest, fair, and easy to work with. We handled virtually everything through text messages and phone calls after deciding the vehicle I wanted. Once we agreed on the selling price, there were no surprises, no games, and no last-minute changes. When I arrived to pick up the truck, everything was exactly as discussed. There were no attempts to upsell me, no shady tactics, and no pressure to add extras I didn't want. The process was efficient, transparent, and respectful of my time. If you're shopping for a Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Eddie. His honesty, communication, and no-pressure approach made this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. He earned my business, and he'll be the first person I call when it's time for my next truck. Thanks again, Brent

City Toyota has a very quick check in process and - troy.d

City Toyota has a very quick check in process and completed my service in 1 hour! I am very impressed with their professionalism and respect for my time. The waiting lounge was very nice, almost luxury car level in my opinion. And they have free coffee and pastries. All this and a very completive price on my service is what will keep me coming back. Thank you team City Toyota!

I had a very disappointing experience with this - nano19

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They added hidden fees of $599 and another $399 for a "window anti-theft" package on a used car. The vehicle already had this installed, and it wasn't something I requested or chose, so the extra charges felt unjustified. The online listing also showed the car with its original rims, but when I arrived, they had been replaced with cheap wheel covers. That was misleading and not what was advertised. On top of that, the salesperson talked a lot but avoided answering my questions about the car itself. Instead of giving clear, direct answers, they kept changing the subject, which made the experience frustrating and made it difficult to trust what I was being told. Overall, I felt the advertising was misleading, the added fees were unnecessary, and the customer service was poor. I recommend that anyone considering buying a car from this dealership carefully review all fees and make sure the vehicle matches the online listing before making a purchase.

I had an excellent run through the entire process from - C557

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Patricio - Nicole

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Patricio Lopez at Toyota Sunnyvale. If you are in the market for a car, PLEASE ask for Patricio! From the very first day I met him, Patricio was kind, respectful, transparent, open, and honest with me. Most importantly, he was NEVER pushy. I had already visited dealerships in San Francisco, Daly City, and Redwood City and had some really discouraging experiences with pricing above MSRP, condescending tone, and sketchy sales tactics that made me uncomfortable. Meeting Patricio was such a breath of fresh air. I literally felt relieved. This was my first vehicle purchase, first time financing a car, and my first really big purchase, so the whole process was intimidating for me. Patricio walked me through everything step by step and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. He explained my options honestly and even helped point out which warranty/packages could actually be beneficial for me versus ones that probably weren’t necessary. I never felt like he was trying to squeeze more money out of me — I felt like he genuinely wanted me to make the right decisions for myself. And he told me numerous times he was never trying to pressure me to make a decision. And this man deserves an award for his patience 😂. We waited THREE MONTHS for my 2026 Toyota RAV4 after the original vehicle ended up getting QC’d. Somehow Patricio was more patient than I was throughout the entire ordeal. I’ll admit I got impatient and upset at times, but he reassured me my time would come. At some point I did lose faith!!!! Even though I knew he was incredibly busy, he was as responsive as he could be and always made me feel like I was important and that my purchase mattered. Honestly, working with him didn’t feel like dealing with a stereotypical car salesperson. It felt like having a family friend helping me buy my first car. That’s how comfortable and taken care of I felt. I’ve already told my family all about him, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. After some of the dealership experiences I had before coming here, I feel incredibly blessed, lucky, and grateful that I ended up meeting someone as genuine, cool, and awesome as Patricio. Patricio, if you see this, THANK YOU for helping me through such a huge milestone in my life and for making my first car-buying experience something I’ll always remember so positively. I truly feel so lucky that I happened to meet you. ❤️ and when I buy another car in the future (hopefully not for a while tho…) I’ll be looking for u if ur still here! And to Toyota Sunnyvale management: PLEASE give this man a raise and a promotion!! Employees like Patricio are the reason customers come back and recommend a dealership to their friends and family. He is an absolute gem and you are incredibly lucky to have him. If you’re shopping for a Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Patricio Lopez. You will be in very, very good hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purchased a Toyota Camry XSE yesterday from Blackstone - Lou.patterson

Purchased a Toyota Camry XSE yesterday from Blackstone Toyota Fresno and couldn’t be more satisfied. Martin, Fernando, and Antonio were absolutely top-notch—professional, friendly, and efficient. I bought my parts for my GR Corolla I just bought and - Caleb S

I bought my parts for my GR Corolla I just bought and they helped me order the right parts and best way to install myself. I love to work on my car. Juan sold us the car and he was great.

I had a great time buy a new corolla cross. - carlosaranda

I had a great time buy a new corolla cross. Mr. Alonso Cortez in sales was great he was able to find one and even keep on hold for me to show up to just look at it. He went in detail and guided me thru the corolla cross and it's safety features. Went with me with test drive and should me all the extra features and informed me about the remote unlock and lock and start using the app. Then while waiting for the finance. He would check up and let me know how everything was going roughly how much more time it would take. Then when I went to finance Mr. J.K. khilnani and Mr.Alfonso Plascencia were both fantastic. They explained all the option was even surprised that toyota offered 8yr warranty. Great option for the service plans. After going and roughly calculating the miles I would be driving and were able to fit the best plan for me and best one that would make sense to purchase. It was no pressure when selecting. It honestly was a great experience. Thru out the whole time nothing felt pressured it was like dealing with nothing but family and friends the whole time. And even before I left they made sure all my questions were answered. If anyone i know is looking for a toyota and wants better then excellent service I will be highly recommending them to visit them. And if their parts and service dept are anything like the 3 gentleman the I delt with I will be coming back here for my services and when i want to get my next toyota i will definitely be coming back here in the future.

This car dealer used to be very good and reliable with - DOUGLASRAMOS58

This car dealer used to be very good and reliable with people who really helped you, but now everything is overpriced and if you want to make an exchange, what they offer you for your vehicle is a mockery even if you have been a customer with them for years. apart from a short list of lies that the sellers tell you who are supposedly helping you, it is unfortunate how this dealer fell so low and his prestige also because of some employees

I recently attempted to purchase a Lexus SC 430 from this - arembert1

I recently attempted to purchase a Lexus SC 430 from this dealership and obtained a Lexus pre-purchase inspection prior to finalizing the deal. The inspection revealed significant front-end and steering issues, including a steering gear problem, worn ball joints, damaged linkage and boots, and power-steering leaks. The technician also noted front-end noise, which directly correlated with these findings. The dealership was fully aware in advance that I was planning to fly from Texas to pick up the vehicle and drive it back, so I took extra care to ensure the car was mechanically sound before traveling. Despite being presented with a documented Lexus inspection identifying safety-related steering and suspension concerns, the dealership refused to address any of the issues. I even offered a reasonable compromise—allowing the dealership to perform the repairs themselves and split the cost—but they declined to engage in any solution or price adjustment. I understand that used vehicles are sold “as-is,” but refusing to acknowledge or discuss documented steering and suspension defects, especially when a buyer is traveling long distance and negotiating in good faith, is disappointing and concerning. I ultimately chose not to proceed with the purchase. I strongly recommend that prospective buyers obtain an independent inspection and be prepared for the dealership to decline addressing serious mechanical issues, even when clearly documented.
