Rick Duvall is a great & honest Service Advisor with tremendous experience in the Auto industry. I worked with Rick & Ralph Schomp Honda many times for service and repairs on an older Honda. This enabled me to continue to use the vehicle for 16 years & put over 230,000 miles on the car, which was 20 years old, when I did switch cars. Many people who dislike leasing, are not able to buy or upgrade to new cars very frequently, so with proper maintenance, my old Honda would have been reliable well past 500,000 miles. On Tony's days off he ensured that another Service Consultant followed-up with the ongoing repairs. Tony kept in frequent communication with me advising on time deadlines. The road noise was still apparent but they saw feathering in the tires which I subsequently had replaced rebalanced and the car now drives as though it’s on glass. Thank you!

Came in for a routine oil change, left the shop with electrical problems - doors locking by themselves, car radio turning on and off, my check engine light coming on. Took the car back in the same day and the tech who worked on it wouldn't even come out and talk to me. He used the receptionist as a messenger pigeon to talk to me and basically told me there was nothing he could do. I understand that these techs are busy, but he couldn't take 5 minutes out of his day to take a look at my car. Made another appointment for a full diagnostic, turned out that the guy didn't tighten my battery cables properly. It was the tech's fault, and I had to pay the $100 to get it "fixed". Manager was supposed to call me 2 weeks ago to refund me the money, because I should not be the one having to pay almost $200 for a routine oil change. Surprise! Manager never called back. Interesting note: they sent me a message a few days later saying I missed my appointment (which I didn't) so no customer survey was sent out to me. Very sketchy! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Since the change to Fowler, each interaction with the Service Department has been negative. The one time I actually got an appointment, they over-charged me & did not honor coupon from Frontier Honda (previous owner). Since then, my requests are never responded to.
