Bought my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 pickup, new from Willis. Took advantage of their oil change specials since purchase. After a recent oil change noticed large oil spot in driveway. Investigation revealed leaking oil filter. Left vehicle sit all weekend, called First thing Monday morning, explained situation. I was told I could bring it in Thurs or Fri. Let my displeasure be known to person who took my call. Also contacted them through one of their online contact forms. I got a very nice email thanking me for considering Willis for my car purchase.
Crawled under truck, filter was loose....tightened and took to another Chevrolet dealer that day. Expected better

I have purchased over 15 new automobiles since I have been driving and I have never had a salesman that would call me after the sale to ask if there is anything they could do. Last August I purchased a new 2015 Buick Enclave. Steve Johnson was my sales agent. I visited him on three occasions before I purchased the vehicle. Every visit he would work with me and always took time to answer any questions. What I like most about Steve, is that he has called me on numerous times after the sale to ascertain if there is anything that he could do. I have never had a sales agent call me after the sale on any of the previous autos I purchased. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.

Still talking about my wonderful experience buying a car, I have raved about my positive experience... too bad the service end isn't as wonderful. You have to make a appointment two weeks in advanced... also they will turn you away if you cannot drop off your car. I was even referred to get my car serviced somewhere else... I bought my car here and have had an amazing experiences to be turned away for only an oil change, mind blowing.... it's like they don't appreciate or want loyal customers.

On my first visit I met Chris Diaferio, who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Over several days, Chris worked with me on a 2010 Kia Soul and eventually sold it to me. I liked the low-pressure environment and the staff's mentality that when you find the right car, it will sell itself. Chris walked me through all of the features of the Kia without shoving each of them in my face, as many dealers can tend to do. He was very easy-going and relaxed. He also provided me with other vehicles based on my criteria, and had them ready for me to inspect the next time I came to visit. When I finally decided, Chris streamlined all of the paperwork and closing the deal was relatively hassle-free. My only complaint would have to be my wait time when actually buying the car (over an hour). Otherwise, great service!
