These guys are really trying to sell you cars fast and efficiently. There was a non pressure environment and when there was an error (a crack in the windshield), they took full responsibility. They really pride themselves in transparency.

We came to Lewes for the week with our family vehicle. It started riding rough about an hour outside of Lewes. We made it here and parked the car. On Monday when we tried to start the car to take it to the dealership, it wouldn’t start. Bryan, the service director, helped us find towing when onstar couldn’t. He started looking at the vehicle on Tuesday and was able to tear apart the engine, get parts, replace them all, and have the engine back together by Friday. He kept us well informed and did everything he could to get us our vehicle back before we had to head home which is almost 4 hours away. He and the entire staff at Burton were absolutely incredible. If you need service while you’re in Lewes look no where else.

This is an awful dealership w awful customer service! They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days and I spoke directly to finance manager and asked several times to clarify that yes they would be holding it for me. He gave me his word. I offered to hold with a deposit they said not necessary. I had sold my car that day so was planning on having a car to pick up Monday morning. I messaged my salesman Monday morning to set up a time to pick up my new car. I was then told it had been sold my they would look for a better one for me and give it to me for the same price. I was never contacted by the manager or my salesman about a replacement which was definitely known they would not be able to find in today’s market. They knew exactly what they were doing ! Awful. Two weeks later I still have no car and had to take an u we to my grandfathers funeral. They never offered me a rental in the meantime or anything! Customer service rating is actually a negative!

NEVER....WILL I EVER BUY A FORD VEHICLE & BUY A VEHICLE FROM WILLIS FORD IN SMYRNA EVER AGAIN! First of all I bought this xxx in 2016. I was told that there was a warranty on the vehicle at the time of purchase... after signing the paperwork, I asked about the warranty paperwork and was told that I could find it online... and guess what there was no warranty... so I was offered to purchase a policy with an extra $200 per month payment on top of the car payment...needless to say I didn't get it...so upon leaving the dealership the day of purchase., the darn airbag light came on out of the blue.... I took it back and forth for 5 months to get this fixed and they never fixed it to stay on indefinitely.... is still on till this day... then last year the head gasket blew...without any warning or issues and engine blew... $2000 to replace the entire engine... NOW THE TRANSMISSION... I'm rebuilding this whole stupid vehicle all while still making payments...NEVER AGAIN!!!

On my first visit I met Chris Diaferio, who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Over several days, Chris worked with me on a 2010 Kia Soul and eventually sold it to me. I liked the low-pressure environment and the staff's mentality that when you find the right car, it will sell itself. Chris walked me through all of the features of the Kia without shoving each of them in my face, as many dealers can tend to do. He was very easy-going and relaxed. He also provided me with other vehicles based on my criteria, and had them ready for me to inspect the next time I came to visit. When I finally decided, Chris streamlined all of the paperwork and closing the deal was relatively hassle-free. My only complaint would have to be my wait time when actually buying the car (over an hour). Otherwise, great service!
