I rarely write to share my experience about customer service, but I want to let you know how impressed I was with my recent service visit. I've been working with Geoff Kaleal since last year. He is always extremely helpful, courteous and responsive, but last week he went the extra mile. I had a run flat tire late Thursday afternoon. I needed my car for business early Friday. I texted Geoff thinking I might be able to come in early Friday. Instead, Geoff said he would wait if I could get to the dealership on Thursday. He was waiting for me with all the paperwork for a loaner car. Just needed my signature. I was in and out in minutes. Thank you, Geoff, for the great service.

I went in for service on my car and while I was waiting I was looking at the new vehicles in the showroom and Angela came up and asked me what I was thinking. I told her that I really like the car that was there but I was still in a lease for another 3 years. She asked if she could look it up so I said ok and she looked it up and I was eligible to change cars, so I now have a 2019 vs 2017 my payments went down by $200 per month and my insurance went down by $400 per year. Great sales person!!

Very disappointed with the Financial Director, Assistant and Operations Manager. Called once a week for 3 weeks to inquire on the status of my cancelled Extended Vehicle Warranty and none of them returned my calls. Had to physically visit the dealership and spoke with the Operations Manager only to find out then that I was supposed to submit the request at the dealership I purchased the vehicle. I was also not convinced of the operations Manager apology for his staff not returning my calls. I purchased 3 vehicles here over the past 10 years, never again nor will I have my warranty work or maintenance done here. Customer Service was well below expectations.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 3 months and 3 days and you would think that Auto Nation Collision Center would communicate.................You think wrong. It was so bad, that I owned two (2) Porsches and upon getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me and immediately traded in my 2016 Porsche Cayman S with only 11,927 miles for an American manufacturer.
Every week I called after 1 1/2 months without car. Always a different story. Blame this, blame that, etc.....They never texted or e-mailed to tell me progress of vehicle.

I brought it to a different body shop and they wanted $5000 to fix the problems AutoNation created. my rear bumper which was replaced with a new one was GLUED onto the quarter panel. Allstate finial totaled out my car they said it was too expensive to fix the problems AutoNation created. I will never use or visit another AutoNation company.

One Star Rating is One TOO MUCH!!! I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles my entire life and have had them exclusively serviced at several different MB dealerships across a few different states. My recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando was, hands down, the worst and most frustrating experiences ever. My “service advisor” (whose title should be Schlemiel), Tom Welch, was less than incompetent, when I could actually get ahold of him. After countless calls, emails, and requests by other employees to respond to me, I finally found out he was taking a completely inappropriate approach at servicing my SL. I spoke with the dealer’s General Manager, Walt Nobody, and it became abundantly clear the incompetence, lack of basic customer service skills, and ineptitude comes from leadership and filters down. So sorry I wasted over three weeks with this dump and implore anyone else reading this review to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately Mercedes-Benz of Orlando (also owned by AutoNation) and Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando (so large they are unable to manage it effectively) are awful alternatives too. I found a not to distant dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach, is the perfect alternative for the expertise and white glove service that true Mercedes owners have come to expect.

Today I received a call from this dealer stating that before they could repair my car I had to get new brakes( drums, etc.), new tires( balancing,etc.) because the technician needed to road test the vehicle for 200 miles and he needed safety.Last time my car was repaired there I drove it home and four days later it broke again and I parked in my garage for almost a year and didn’t drive it ever since.No mention of new brakes or tires was made the last time they repaired it, maybe the brakes and tires were worn inside my garage!I will spend the rest of my days telling everyone about this horrible experience and the New Jersey headquarters will be informed also.
