Absolutely worst bmw dealership in south Florida… Parts department refused to match pricing of several other local bmw dealerships parts dept for all weather floormats / cargo mat for my brand new m3 comp xdrive she said it was 250 I said no way Msrp is 161 and AutoNation Bmw sells for 139 and showed her I had to raise xxxx and speak with manager who eventually matched sad they push customers to go to other dealers

I when to your dealership on Saturday for the service department at 8am. At 830 the manager came over to me and told me my car was in an accident. He told me the technician forgot to put the car in park. After it hit another car and messed up the drivers door of my car that I only had on ten days on Saturday. I’m stressed out and have not been able to sleep and deal with the amount of stress this is putting me through.

While driving our 2024 Jeep, with just 16k miles, the engine light came on, so a friend put a code reader on it and there was a battery issue. Called a dealership who said it was an electrical issue and take it to our closest dealership. After waiting a couple of hours they let us know they wanted to do a longer diagnostic. They paid for an Uber to take us home. Got a text the next day after the diagnosis had revealed the secondary battery was bad, after the battery was replaced, they sent a message we could come pick it up.
