I had a bad experience with my previous sales rep Matt and was going threw issues due to that experience. I was very hesitant upon arrival and met Luke Mitchell, my new sales rep and was immediately reassured that this time would be different. Of course I was skeptical but, gave Luke the benefit of the doubt and let me tell you it was the best decision I made!! Luke listened to me and my frustrations and made sure that my new experience was utterly amazing. He went above and beyond and made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough for the above and beyond customer service that I received. This Honda Odyssey has been a blessing to my family. To be honest, I will continue to do business with Luke and send any friends and family his way!

I was looking to replace my 2011 Mercedes-Benz and the Jaguar F-Pace S was one of the vehicles that I was looking at. I noticed that Imperial Motors had one that fit most of my criteria. I inquired about it to get their best price and a lease proposal.
Steve Link quickly responded to my email and sent me two proposals that met my stipulations. He presented a competitive sale price, no money factor markup (I never pay a markup), and $0 down. He also agreed to match Carmax's trade-in offer. He was very straight to the point, putting forward their very best offer upfront. He was very responsive and upfront via email, and when I wanted to go on a test drive, he had the car ready very quickly within just a 30 minute notice.
I sat on their offer looking at other options; I was also cross-shopping different makes and models. I appreciated that there were no 'hard-sell' tactics. No other local Jaguar dealership was able to beat Steve's quote on the F-Pace--none. Fields stated flat-out that they were not able to compete. Unfortunately for Imperial, I was able to negotiate a deal on a 2019 Audi Q8 that I simply could not refuse. If you are in the market for a Jaguar, I highly recommend inquiring over the internet and asking for Steve.

I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check.
Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence.

Buying a minivan for our growing family - Chuck
My wife and I had twins in February 2019 and have a 3 year old. Our beloved Jeep Cherokee limited became to small so we started to search for a minivan. We narrowed our search to a 2011 or newer VW Routan with very limited exterior color options. We choose the VW do to price and standard features. We were willing to travel for the right deal. I came upon this minivan on Jaguar Land Rover Naperville website. I emailed the dealership and received a call back right away! The receptionist answered a few questions and set me up with one of there salesman. His name is Chris Peterson and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He eagerly answered my questions and sent me more pictures of the van. I live 4.5 hours from the dealership and he informed me that since I was very interested in this van that they would hold it till I could drive down on Saturday even with out putting any deposit down. When my wife, 3 year, and I drove down, Chris stayed in touch with us so we would have his full attention when we got there. He greeted us at the door and showed us the van. We test drove it and liked it. As we worked out the price and paperwork, Chris had the van filled with gas so we wouldn't have to fill it ourselves! The dealership and Chris did a great job of taking care of us and even got my 3 year old a coloring book to keep her occupied. Chris Peterson was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy, took his time with us, made sure we were happy with the van and even checked up with me to make sure we made the 4.5 hour drive back home safely!! If your in need of a vehicle I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Naperville as a dealership and ask for Chris Peterson! You will not be disappointed!!! Great job before, during and after the sale!!

I bought a used car from them. Blind spot monitor didn't work because mirror glass was replaced with non-OEM. 9 weeks and no solution. .I wonder how this was missed in their used car inspection? Will they ever make it right? BUYER BEWARE!!
