I purchased a new Honda Passport from Mike Massaro at the Napleton Dealership in Rockford. Mike has a thorough knowledge of Honda vehicles as well as technological expertise. No question was too small to answer. I found Mike to be most pleasant, professional and easy to work with. He make my buying experience easy and fun! Nothing but sheer excellence. 5 plus stars.

Not only did Naperville Jaguar completely redeem... - Elliottjm
Not only did Naperville Jaguar completely redeem themselves, but I dealt with some of the nicest people my second time around..
I finally received a call regarding my experience from the General Manager at Naperville Jaguar, Dan Loose.
Dan went above and beyond to apologize for what transpired the night before and was willing to do whatever it took to make things right with me.
After some discussion, we made a deal and I went back to Naperville Jaguar to purchase the vehicle that I looked at the night prior.
Bill greeted me and was also very apologetic and nice. I do not believe that Bill had much say so in what happened with Jeremy, who I now believe single handedly spearheaded the horrible experience I had the prior night.
I met with both Tommy Pillimis and Joe Quaranta, who could not have been nicer, more apologetic, professional and accommodating.
The team I met with last night was absolutely one of the most pleasurable business experiences I have had. That team should be there everyday!
I would suggest that Jeremy take some pointers from the rest of the group, as he is very lucky to have them saving his horrendous actions. Jeremy should not be allowed to deal directly with customers! His tactics and dishonest practices will only bring the dealership down.
Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park is in a word, hideous.... - concernedcustomer1
Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park is in a word, hideous. This dealer does not stand by their service. Brought a failed repair back in while the vehicle is under warranty and Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park refused to fix the problem. Actually said, "You should go claim this on your insurance". I had to file a police report in the dealership parking lot so I have a reference for the incident. Opened a case with Land Rover corporate and they said they would work with the Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park, but Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park said if I didn't get my truck off their property immediately they would charge me 35 dollars a day for "storage". These people are rude and downright mean when they don't see dollar signs. Beware. Be very very careful if you need to interact with Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park.
horrible service - danakellylaw
Generally speaking, I hate my Land Rover LR2 because the electical system drains the battery and I''m constantly stranded all over the place. Several weeks ago I was stranded again. I did not take my Land Rover to the dealership because I do not trust them. I had my own mechanic try and figure out the problem and he stated that it was something with the secutiy system but only Land Rover can over ride and reset the security system. So I had my car towed back to the dealership. Land Rover said the battery was fine but I needed a new starter. The price quoted was $1000 to replace the starter and $140 to diagnose the problem. I advised Land Rover that I wanted the diagnosis in writing clearly stating that the starter was the problem. Of course they sent me a generic email bill for $140 without any language in the bill stating the diagnosis of needing a new starter. I advised Land Rover that I was having my car towed to my trusted mechanic Reid's Mobile in Kickapoo because he could install a new starter for a fraction of the price quoted by Land Rover. Ried said he didn't think there was anything wrong with the starter but installed a new one anyway. Of course, the starter didn't solve the problem and I still don't have a car or a proper diagnosis. I called Aaron at Land Rover to complain and did advise him that I thought that Land Rover was trying to sell me services that I don't need and that the problem was likely the security system that Reid's Mobile originally diagnosed. Last week Aaron said he would call me back and of course I still haven't heard from them. I still don't have a car or a proper diagnosis. I now have to pay for a starter that I did not need. I owe Land Rover $140 for a fraudulent diagnosis. I say this because I believe the secutiy system probably needed to be reset and they figured they could sell me an expensive new starter along the way.
I'm a fan of the way they do business! - sndofthesbrbs
I was looking to replace my 2011 Mercedes-Benz and the Jaguar F-Pace S was one of the vehicles that I was looking at. I noticed that Imperial Motors had one that fit most of my criteria. I inquired about it to get their best price and a lease proposal.
Steve Link quickly responded to my email and sent me two proposals that met my stipulations. He presented a competitive sale price, no money factor markup (I never pay a markup), and $0 down. He also agreed to match Carmax's trade-in offer. He was very straight to the point, putting forward their very best offer upfront. He was very responsive and upfront via email, and when I wanted to go on a test drive, he had the car ready very quickly within just a 30 minute notice.
I sat on their offer looking at other options; I was also cross-shopping different makes and models. I appreciated that there were no 'hard-sell' tactics. No other local Jaguar dealership was able to beat Steve's quote on the F-Pace--none. Fields stated flat-out that they were not able to compete. Unfortunately for Imperial, I was able to negotiate a deal on a 2019 Audi Q8 that I simply could not refuse. If you are in the market for a Jaguar, I highly recommend inquiring over the internet and asking for Steve.
