This was the second dealership that we visited that day. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from Alex. He showed us the cars we requested and then introduced us to cars that matched our interests. We went from buying 1 car to 2 (Acura and Audi)!! They truly earned our business! Not only did they work hard to secure good rates and warranty coverage on the used vehicles (3 yrs old); but they carefully explained the process to us every step of the way. Neely was awesome too. She was patient as we updated our insurance with the new vehicles and then explained every document that we had to sign. We really felt we could trust them and that we would continue to receive top notch, quality service. We are glad to be a part of the Muller Family!

On the day of our 59th wedding anniversary my wife and I took our 2009 Acura RL to Hubler Acura in Greenwood IN for a routine service. While there we saw an MDX AWD Advance on the showroom floor, liked it, went home after the service and brought our Lexus LX 570 with us back to Hubler, traded it in and drove our new Acura MDX Advance home that evening. We found the staff to be friendly, respectful and professional and were most pleased and impressed by the superb salesperson who made this happen,, Mr. Sean DeCosta. We look forward to continuing our association with Hubler, even with the one-hour travel time between our home and Greenwood. Sean and the Hubler dealership have a fine automobile product in a beautiful facility. Best wishes to them all for their terrific work on our behalf.

Worse car buying experience ever Bought a new 2015 TLX in March 2019 wondered why a dealership would still have a new 2015 . It may be this is the worse dealer I have ever bought a car from and I have bought many. The latest issue is, I received a letter from the GAP insurance company that the coverage is cancelled due to the dealer never paid WTH I paid for this to the dealer and they never paid!!!! Tried calling the dealer last week was promised by Alice I would receive a call back within 2 hours LOL never got a call Called again today 8/29 was again promised a call back.
