This was the second dealership that we visited that day. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from Alex. He showed us the cars we requested and then introduced us to cars that matched our interests. We went from buying 1 car to 2 (Acura and Audi)!! They truly earned our business! Not only did they work hard to secure good rates and warranty coverage on the used vehicles (3 yrs old); but they carefully explained the process to us every step of the way. Neely was awesome too. She was patient as we updated our insurance with the new vehicles and then explained every document that we had to sign. We really felt we could trust them and that we would continue to receive top notch, quality service. We are glad to be a part of the Muller Family!

Current 2010 white Altima for sale by them. Still on the lot FYI. Test drove the vehicle on New Years Day spent 4 hours there because of the holiday lack of staff. Ben sales guy was great. The engine light was on when I drove it. It ran okay advised I liked the car and would purchase contingent upon fixing the engine light. Never asked for a price reduction at all. They assumed engine light was oil issue. Ben called and advised us the engine light was fixed. He made mention it was catalytic converter. Was making final arrangements to close the deal and asked what repair was done to fix the light. Turns out they just reset the code. Sean (sales manager) called me and told me would cost $800 to fix. They would not fix the car so the deal is off the table. Don't buy the 2010 Altima unless you want to pay the extra $800

I worked over a few days with Daniel by email, text, and phone calls. He was extremely professional and responsive. He even sent me some information from his personal email one night to make sure I had it quickly. I never felt pressured and he was genuinely interested in helping me get the car at a fair price. Considering I live almost two hours from the dealership, his communication was essential. My son and I felt like we were treated extremely well by all of the staff at Fort Wayne Acura. Highly recommend!
