My experience here was terrible. I bought a used car from Dave Wright at the end of October and it has been a nightmare ever since. I had scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle so the salesman knew ahead of time that I was coming and could have everything prepared and ready to go and he still didn't have anything prepared so I had to sit and wait an hour anyway. The used car I purchased needed a repair which was agreed to be fixed before I received it as stated in our purchase agreement. I was told repeatedly that it would be done in a week to 10 days by the salesman who sold me the car. He never verified with the people doing the repair because after contacting them directly I was told it would be at least two more weeks from the day I contacted them. Communication has been HORRIBLE throughout the entire process and I still have not received the vehicle. The sales team also tried to hide the fact that they were purchasing a used part to be put into my car after I was quoted the price of a new one and left to believe that's what I was getting. I was also told that I would be able to pick up my vehicle last week and even had set up an appointment to do so, only for the salesman to text me an hour before to cancel our appointment because the car still wasn't done.

Oil change - 15Rougue
I had scheduled appointment for oil change and allignment.
I was greeted by service advisor, explained process, wait time, offered me shuttle.
I decided to wait. Service was done by time estimated by service advisor.
Cashier was very nice and quick processing payment.

Took Rogue in for repair of driver's side electric window. It made snapping noise going up. Also the panel with the electric seat controls had come loose, the attaching pieces broke. I drove up 1.5 hr round trip. After an hour they said they determined what parts they needed to order. I understand that and am fine with that. Brought it back when the parts came in. A 1.5 hr drive round trip. After two hours they said it was repaired. Window went up and down fine. On the way home I realized the auto up did not work on the window. I could live with that. Today the panel with the electric seat controls came unattached. I have over five hours of time in this, that's enough. Service is important, In a year or so I will trade .... probably go somewhere else now.
Told me what I wanted to hear - worstexperienceever
I did online shopping to buy a vehicle and was told I was at $40,000 otd with 0% after confirming several times via text and phone call to my sales person, he told me "were good" I asked that means that has everything I asked. I was super surprised and ready to come in and buy the car, As other dealership told me there is NO WAY they could match it. So I drove the 2 hours to the dealer only to be told that price was with out the 0% - What other dealers told me they were doing as why I confirmed it so many times before making the drive. Unethical sales tactics, they tried to blame a common mistake or the I am new routine. I left immediately and bought the same exact model from another dealer that was honest with me from the beginning!

Great experience at Edwards Nissan with both sales and finance. They were really friendly and upfront and extremely helpful, and always considered my time. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend to anyone in the need of a new car! Service was exceptional!

JUST HAD MY 2018 NISSAN UNDER COATED AT BILLION SIOUX CITY. POOREST JOB OF UNDER COATING I HAVE EVER SEEN. VERY INCOMPLETE COVERAGE NOT EVEN COATED ON SEAMS WHERE THE RUST WILL START. WILL REDO MYSELF.
