Hands down offended by how we were treated and what was overheard about other customers during their test drive. The salesman we worked with made a comment, "Money is clearly no object," and didn't ask if we wanted to put money down. Then he produced an offer showing as little as $8500 down and a payment of $589 when the national ad said the same vehicle should have been $456-472/month with $4700 down with 10,000 miles. Granted they quoted 12k/yr, but that should not cost 38% more!

If you have any kind of anxiety, Don't Do It!! It's a set up. Buyers remorse after they hold you hostage and then you end up with $8200+ crap that ya don't need, because you just wanted the car and to leave. Don't tell em you got $4000 down either, HUGE MISTAKE! CAR WAS $19,900 by the time they were done xxxxxxx all the oxygen out of ya it cost $28,000, no joke! Then if you ever get your car totalled by trees, trying to get any of your warranty check back is a flipping hassle. 1st I was told my check was cut and being sent to my bank. A week later after no check, I'm told my car was repossessed and they didn't owe me nothing, then 2 seconds later "Mr. Finance Guy A.E. tells me oh the girl made a mistake. Then he tells me that my 72 month or 75,000 mile extended warranty was no good because I had 80,000 miles on the car. I bought it used with 24,000 + miles already on it. This is on going since the July 10th, 2021 storm and can't get the rest of my car paid by GAP because they are now holding my money hostage. RUN PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. On top of all of this I had to hire a lawyer and bought a car from another dealership, which I'm still having to make payments on the car they won't give me my warranty refund for, because the GAP insurance I bought from them can't do anything until I get the check!! Worst experience ever!!!

We were looking for a new Murano at a good price and fair trade in for our 2012 car. We found all at Billion Nissan. Joey Egdorf was fantastic, always upfront with us and worked to get us the deal we wanted. Finance Manager was excellent as well. We drove to Sioux City from Des Moines to pick up the car. The whole deal took about 45 minutes and we drove the new Murano home.

In fairness, I live 1,500 miles away. That said, it seemed as though they were responding with a robot. I'm a serious buyer, but felt as though I was being regarded as an aggravation, rather than someone that actually wanted to buy a car from them. It could also be that my low tech brain on this high tech world wasn't grasping the program. There really doesn't seem to be any real car salesmen left in the world.

From letting me "drive" the process to quick follow up on requests including pricing options based on 2 different vehicles, they helped me find the right Rogue for the right price! My first visit was rushed, I wanted to test drive the car to check against a sluggish acceleration review. They did not try to delay my test drive to sell me on the model but were subject matter experts & provided tidbits of relevant info as time allowed. As a woman, negotiating on my own, I felt they were straight forward about my trade in, rebates and credit options and I appreciated not feeling talked down to or handled. I was in control.
