Polite salesman can right out to help us. Took his time and we drove about 5 vehicles. Came to look for a used Toyota RAV4 but bought a Nissan Rogue due to his narrative about the performance of a Rogue. I have always had a Toyota but am enjoying this Nissan very much. I must say, these folks went above and beyond with the purchase of my vehicle. They had a car I wanted and they made that purchase happen. Considering my trade in was wrecked and I live 140 miles away, that wasn't easy. Very patient staff and great to deal with.

We had a horrible buying experience. The car was not delivered until 3 weeks after purchase, but to a paint issue. No effort was made to make this go more smoothly! We were also sold a warranty we did not want and spent months trying to get it removed and had problems with our automatic payments. They refused to help us and gave us the run around at every turn.

We were looking for a new Murano at a good price and fair trade in for our 2012 car. We found all at Billion Nissan. Joey Egdorf was fantastic, always upfront with us and worked to get us the deal we wanted. Finance Manager was excellent as well. We drove to Sioux City from Des Moines to pick up the car. The whole deal took about 45 minutes and we drove the new Murano home.

From letting me "drive" the process to quick follow up on requests including pricing options based on 2 different vehicles, they helped me find the right Rogue for the right price! My first visit was rushed, I wanted to test drive the car to check against a sluggish acceleration review. They did not try to delay my test drive to sell me on the model but were subject matter experts & provided tidbits of relevant info as time allowed. As a woman, negotiating on my own, I felt they were straight forward about my trade in, rebates and credit options and I appreciated not feeling talked down to or handled. I was in control.
