Not what I was expecting...in a good way - Millbank
Donovan's was our second dealership we went to looking for a specific vehicle. They priced it aggressively online, so we went. Throughout the process, I kept waiting to be tricked or "old school" sold to...but that didn't happen. It was quick, easy and didn't include any "gotchas". My wife and I purchased the van feeling like it was a good price and experience with Donovan's. We have already been telling our friends and family.

My husband and I went in on a late Monday to look at a 2014 Chevy equinox we seen online! Justin who was the first and main one to help us was awesome. Very attentive, friendly and kind . Justin is pretty new to Dale Willey Automotive and had a little help from Chris who was also good! The closing day we met with pat who helped us close the deal and did the financial end and was also great! No disappointments! And everyone is ready to help! We couldn’t have picked a better place.

I would definitely recommend Midway Motors. We didn't feel pressured to buy, they gave us time to think about it, as it's a big purchase. We were very pleased with their customer service. When we decided to get a new truck, we contacted Chad and told him what we were looking for. We set up appointment and was greeted as soon as we came in. During this process we worked with several employees, and they were all terrific! Chad made sure we new exactly how the electronics worked in truck and he went over everything with us. We were very pleased with this dealership.
Buyer Beware - Buyer_Beware
Buyer Beware!!! This dealer sells used rental cars stating they are "One Owner". If you you want to buy a car from this dealership ask for all the previous owner names and information. Otherwise you will be getting a car that was used/abused hard as a rental car that they got at auction for much lower than you will pay. Wish I could list negative stars for a review. I am sure they will responded to this post indicating they are willing to help...they are not. I have been in contact with the dealership countless times since buying my vehicle, no luck getting my car returned of fixed. What more details, email me? I would be happy to give you pointers to deal with this location. In a word RUN...buy somewhere else, there are many dealers that would earn your money over this auto group.

I can't believe that I had to have an argument about whether or not my car had been washed even though you could clearly see that someone had wiped part of the car with a dry cloth and dust and dirt was still obviously there. I left with the car in that condition because I couldn't believe I even needed to mention it more than once! All the guy had to do was LOOK at the car and see that it clearly wasn't washed. However, I was much more concerned that my tires were not set to the proper psi. I drive a Cadillac ATS4. The front tires recommend 32 and the rear 35. I checked it on my app before arriving and brought it to the gentleman's attention. He checked the driver's door insert then set all four times to 32! If you can't even set the tires to the correct pressure then how do I know you've even bothered to do any of the other things you say you've done? My child drives my car! I am so angry right now. This was my 2nd car purchase from your dealership and I've had all my maintenance done there too. The level of service has really dropped off over the past 2 years. I also wonder how many cars you send out the door with incorrect tire pressure? Correct pressure helps extend the life of tires, helps maximize fuel efficiency and can be the cause of traffic accidents. I trusted you with my family and you let me down.

to give this dealership the benefit of a doubt, I was contacted again by a salesperson named Adam, for 2 weeks we played text tag for an appointment. finally came down to schedule a look at a Chevy Trax. I was under the impression and understanding as told by Adam that the vehicle will be sitting up front for me to look at. Once again, no vehicle ready, Adam wanted me to sit with him for 1 to 2 hrs. I looked at the display Trax in dealership as he was trying to get me to sit down for information. the display was the basic package in which this frustrated me again for the whole purpose of this scheduled appointment was for me to look at a Trax so I could compare it to the Buick encore,in which I stated to Adam previously of the what I like on the Encore, and he saying the Chevy Trax was the same but bigger. However, the trunk of the Trax is way way smaller, good grief. So I am thinking I am getting a good comparison of apples to apples not apples to oranges. So I get there nothing is ready, except a hustle. Then when I am telling Adam my frustration of a vehicle once again not being ready , and how I wanted to compare apples to apples, I was basically told that this dealership is probably not right for me and I need to go elsewhere, In which I will.

You are important to them and they show it. Bernard Bennett is a fantastic service consultant, really goes out of his way to help you and to see the work is done right, he really makes you feel like a very special customer.
