This servicing was in part to an issue on my last service, so Chuck made it right this time around. He didn't hesitate to correct the problems needed and made me a happy customer.

I was dropped off at work, which was a great service. I called to be picked up and waited 40 minutes befire calling to find out that no one was actually on the way. Then someone was sent to pick me up who had no idea where to pick me up so I waited an additional extra 30 minutes. I pick up my truck and drive off to realize my tire pressure wasn’t even checked, which is something I specifically mentioned at drop off. So I seriously wonder whether a 30 point check (or however many point check) was even performed for $100 oil change. The manager tried to make up for everything by offer ring a complimentary oil change and detail service, but I doubt I will trust this place ever again to come back.

Had a car totaled because of hail damage and needed to find another vehicle. I have never been to Jim Clark Chevy, so I thought I would go take a look. Danny met me at the front door and helped me right away to start looking. Drove 2 vehicle and ended up taking one home for the weekend so my wife could see and drive. Went back Monday afternoon and she wanted to try a couple more out. We ended up getting the one we tried first and Danny was great through it all ! Did all of the paperwork with Jarrod and Danny got the car ready for us to take home. It was a Great car buying experience and would definitely go back again.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my salesman was the GREATEST that I have ever dealt with and I have purchased many vehicles but J Lynn Sullivan is the best She called when she said she would, she treated me as if I was right there with them, she was honest about everything concerning the vehicle, she was honest about everything she could do and couldn’t do and delivered on EVERYTHING she promised. Deceptive sales tactics. Unfriendly, Unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM A "NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. What you should believe is the negative reviews. Those people are not lying. Drove a distance to get a newer vehicle. They do not inform you about the entire condition of the vehicle. They will lie to make a sale. This is straight from the salesmans mouth. "All used vehicles are damaged." This was a 2018. No way used vehicles are damaged. My 2015 truck is better than this. They do not work for you they work for themselves and could careless about the customer. They may make it seem like they do but it is smoke and mirrors. Do not trust the pictures they post online. The vehicle we wanted when we arrived had gouges in the interior, scratches in the paint.
Then we were told "ohh a Father and son buy a vehicle from us every month so we take care of them". that tells me they only care about people that blow a crap ton of money with them and not anyone else. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE THAT THEY ARE NOT TELLING YOU. Food for thought...Notice how they never question any good review and make sure someone actually bought from them...They only question anyone that leaves a bad review....I bet they make multiple google accounts and leave themselves good reviews.

Doug Richert has the best and most professional service and sales staff of any dealership I have dealt with. They go above and beyond in making sure your car buying and service is a great experience. You are important to them and they show it. Bernard Bennett is a fantastic service consultant, really goes out of his way to help you and to see the work is done right, he really makes you feel like a very special customer.
