I have been to the service dept at James Motors over the years with basic maintenance for my babies. I have to say there is no one in the world I would trust my baby to other than June Stephens. Polite , courteous, always a smiling face it brings me back again and again. When Mercedes-Benz said the best or nothing they mean it not only with there cars but with like employees like June Stephens.

Service was great. Extensive timing chain/phaser work taken care of with no problems. One dealer didn't even want to fix the issue. Had a great warranty and they had no problems dealing with that. About as easy on my end as you can get.

I have been going to this dealership for many years and have always had a fair and positive experience. No surprises and they really do care about the quality of service they provide. Got some new tires using their tire sale and am very pleased. My only gripe is the wait before getting a service done. Usually you have to book weeks in advance and now it’s getting to be close to a month.

Since my 30k mile service appointment would take several hours I was offered a loaner car so I could return home. The service took several hours and I was kept informed throughout the day on progress and suggested additional service. My car was returned to me freshly cleaned and Tony handled my paperwork efficiently. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly, especially Tony McCarty. We were traveling pulling our 5th wheel. Developed a vibration in the F350 diesel. This dealership took us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in 2 1/2 hours. Very pleasant to deal with. I would go back there to trade or buy a vehicle even though it's quite a ways from my home. Great dealership with great people.

Had problem with my battery. I drop off my car when the service was just closing. They wrote up the repair. They called my before noon and said my car was finished. I have used there service and every time they repaired and I got my car the next day.
