I recently purchased a Silverado 1500 from Supreme - ameredith

I recently purchased a Silverado 1500 from Supreme Chevrolet, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and truly made me feel valued throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every feature of the truck, and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. My truck is everything I hoped for and more, and I’m grateful for how easy Supreme Chevrolet made this purchase. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Supreme—they’ll take great care of you!

Ordered a truck from them and when it came in they - 2DEEP4U

Ordered a truck from them and when it came in they increased the price by 6k. I asked to see the invoice from the factory and the increase was less than $1000. This was very bad con job.I came in in good faith to deal honestly and pay for what I ordered but this dealership was very dishonest. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

They are the worst dealership i have ever delt with. - Clarkjacob875

They are the worst dealership i have ever delt with. They took 19 days to pay off my trade in and they had a balance remaining of $48. I called and told them and said they would take care of it and get back with me. A month later they never did. I paid the remained. Then 4 Days before my temp tags expired on 9-2-26 I called them and inquired about my plate. They stated to call back on Monday I tried all day today to get ahold of them talked to 8 different people at the dealership. Everyone said they would look into it and call me back. Never heard back from No one. The next day called back and got ahold of the person I had talked to 3 days earlier he gave me the number of a lady in corporate that deals with titles on Tuesday. She tried to correct it my dealer tag expired on Wednesday. I had to miss two days of work because my registration was expired and I could not drive my truck. They finely got my licence plate on Friday 9-4-26. But I had to constanley call them everyday multiple times of day to get this issue resolved. They cost me 2 days work and 48 dollars to finish paying my old truck off. Would not recommend doing business with these people. This was a horrible experience on my part. Cost me 848 dollars in missed work and the money to pay off my trade in.

I had another enjoyable experience with Banner Chevrolet... - stantonmurray

I had another enjoyable experience with Banner Chevrolet in New Orleans this week. The Team was very professional and delivered my 2021 Silverado 1500 with great respect for my time. Christian Flick was my point man. He is a strong, confident communicator. The Banner Team helped me navigate the process and proved that purchasing a vehicle doesn't need to be difficult.

I gave them a 2nd bad review on 07/24/23. - bentontomtom

I gave them a 2nd bad review on 07/24/23. On 07/26/23 Clint calls me to tell me with the 2nd bad review they can not please me so take my vehicle somewhere else. They send out these surveys but don't want the truth. My time and money is valuable to me not them.

Purchased new 22 camaro ss from out of state. - Sagalu12

Purchased new 22 camaro ss from out of state. People I dealt with were friendly during the deal. Met halfway to get car and it was filthy, no paper in the floor even. After driving hundreds of miles back home noticed the mileage didn't seem right for the trip. The car had 162 miles on it before it left the lot! In my haste to sign papers in a parking lot in MS at the halfway point, I failed to see this. No one informed me of the mileage dyring the deal or that the leather driver seat was damaged during, which we discovered after 6 hours of detailing. Vaughn manager was rude and uncaring "what do you expect me to do about it?" Also discovered the extended warranty I purchased is NOT gm but a third party instead. Waited a month to leave review to give dealer and gm customer service the chance to make it right. Hasn't happened. Beware buying from here out of state or sight unseen. The market is tricky and more sight unseen purchases are happening, giving dealers opportunity to hide information. Don't think for a minute customer service will make it right.

I recently had my Cadillac XT5 serviced at Navarre - april d. foster

I recently had my Cadillac XT5 serviced at Navarre Cadillac and they exceeded my expectations on every level. Let me tell you — my 8:00 AM appointment was just that… an appointment. By 8:30 I received a text with a link that broke down exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what each repair would cost, and allowed me to select which repairs I wanted done and approve them right from my phone. Convenient, transparent, and completely stress-free. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and my service representative Chance Shoemake was responsive and on top of things the entire time my car was in their care. I never had to chase anyone down for an update — he stayed in communication the whole way through. Navarre Cadillac has earned my loyalty and my referrals. I will absolutely be back, and I am recommending them to everyone. This is how a service department is supposed to operate!
