When I got my Kia it was awesome, but I only had it for 6 months and then the motor quit working. There is a recall on KIA motors so I got it towed to the dealership service department, that was 3 months ago. So I have been keeping up with my payments and still don't get to enjoy it. The service department manager keeps telling that it would be end of this week or beginning of next week. So what weeks is he going to tell that he got the diagnosed and working on it.

Horrible once they have made the sale to you! Had a great experience buying the car bc they want that sell, but I def. wont be back & I had planned on coming back next year & buying my other daughter a car & I had jus recommended someone I work with & she bought her suv there. I was lied to about oil changes & I just spoke to Duane & he is basically calling me a liar!! He said the first 2 oil changes are free & when I bought the car, I said I live over an hr away, do I have to come all the way back here for the oil change & he said no just call me when its time & I can transfer the oil changes to a Kia near you, after trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks, I did today & he said oh no I cant do that!! Why would I make this up & waste my time trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks if I didnt know what I had been told!!!! They do not care about you at all after the sale, idk why I am surprised!!

This was a rude nightmare. I'm copy and pasting my Facebook post as to not waste any more of my time on a company that made me feel like a waste of their time.
After being strung along for several days, continuing to be given the same deal I made very clear wouldn't work, I was literally screamed at over the phone, belittled, disrespected, talked to and treated in a way I doubt would have happened if I were a man instead of a woman. After listening to the MANAGER I was speaking with both scream at me and beat his fists on his desk for quite some time, before I was hung up on I was told to "Be Gucci".
I'm not sure what Kia's policies are but I doubt any of the things I had to deal with yesterday are one of them. By far the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I've EVER dealt with. I highly suggest you take a close examination of your “management" if your company wants to be able to find success against internet dealerships.

I found a Nissan Versa Note on True Car and bought it. I noticed a few dents on the hood but for a three year old car didn't think much of it mileage was low, the tires were good, front, back and sides were all ok except for a few dents. When I got the car home in a different light I noticed dents on the roof and realized the dents on the hood and roof were hail damage. I didn't check the roof since it was uniformly blue and roofs are rarely problem areas. I contacted the salesman who sold it and pointed out the True Car ad said nothing about hail damage and showed no pics of it and he said that was why they only charged 10,270. I don't consider that a good price for a hail damaged car. I will never buy a car from them again. Hail is a rarity in Shreveport. Not honest advertising.

I was searching for a Kia Carnival and tried all my local dealerships in Texas. They were either all incoming sold and not taking orders because I lived too far away from their dealership, or had a HIGH markup. I started searching Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, Kansas, and Alabama (all that I could drive to). And finding Walker Kia was one of my favorite moments on the hunt. I met Lilyann and she was exceptional. She did say all incoming were reserved but I could order and their dealership (at this time) is one of the few that do not mark up. I ended up finding a dealership closer that did have something incoming a little over markup, but if I had to order this dealership would've been my #1 choice. From the moment I spoke with her, I knew I wanted to work with her, and wish I could have but needed to get in something ASAP (school drop off with a newborn just seems 10x easier than a large SUV that I'm currently in). Anyway, this is all to say that this dealership is top notch and absolutely my favorite out of all those states. Don't sit back if you're interested in ordering and definitely still see if they have any incoming beforehand. Lilyann, personally, was a perfect dealer, no pressure, transparent with what they have to offer and even sends a personal message.. and continues to work with you however you like (with me I prefer text so I can remember all the information better, and keep track of everyone). So yeah, if you've gotten this far I assume you are looking into working with them, so do it!

Was looking for the new Telluride. What a great experience! From the moment I walked in I was greated with a comfortable and friendly process. The vehicle was exactly as promised and the numbers were exactly as quoted to me. The manager Gary met us at the door and introduced us to Tylor and Maryam. They promised they would not waste our time, and they didn't. I highly recommended buying a vehicle from here.
