Keeps my old Volvo running like new - MartinB
My 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T recently blew a cam seal, resulting the the loss of all the engine oil. After a 117 mile tow, the service team identified the problems, worked on a viable plan of action, and then completed the work with the attention to detail that has come to define darling's service experience. With over 269,000 miles on my car, it still runs like new, largely due to the dedication of the service technicians who work on it. I can't say enough about them, as I value their expertise and commitment to customer care more than words can say. While the repairs were expensive, their work saved me from having to buy a new car, and the incur the payments that go along with one.
I recommend darling's Volvo without reservation or hesitation. Thanks to Tim, Forrest, and Dave for keeping my favorite ride going so long.

Excellent friendly efficient service. Met at the entrance by GM Patrick Sullivan who had my car brought into service for me. Relaxed and waited in comfortable area for less than an hour. I went to Marc Motors not knowing what I wanted. Rick not only helped me find a great car but did it even though my credit isn't great. I'll be heading back there in a year to get the truck I really want when my credit has improved! Everybody was very nice and helpful!

We went here hoping to get a good deal on a car. These people were so rude, and wouldn't stop trying to make the sale just to get the money. We brought the car we were looking at to a mechanic, and came back stating there was rust. The salesmen continued to state that it's a "used car" and if they were to fix the issues it had, they would be selling it for a lot more money. They showed us the NADA value of the car, then crumpled it in our face.
We left without purchasing the car, only to be harassed via text message for TWO days about not buying the car from them. "Come pick this car up. No one here now can get you in and out if you want, closing tomorrow due to snow"
"The car is fine and best price within 200 miles, if its still here."
Two days later: "Do you want the car today?" "WE are selling the car as we speak I will let you know if he has credit."
These people have no sense of pleasing their customers, it's a wonder why they have such bad ratings on here. I don't typically go out of my way to post on these, but with such a bad experience I felt it necessary.
