The service provided is excellent - the employees at this location are helpful, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and reliable. The scheduling operators are also very friendly and always find a a day/time that works with your schedule. They also have a shuttle service, if needed, and Robert is a pleasure to drive with and is always prompt. I have recommended Heritage to my family and friends. They had a great experience also and Kimberly and Diane were very helpful and fast. I have been able to drive directly to Heritage when my car had a problem which they timely fixed and the repair was at a good price. You never have to wait too long. I have even taken my car in when I heard a noise and they explained why there was no problem - they are extremely honest. The prices are also very reasonable and they have coupons.

I have been taking my car, purchased from Jones to this service center for years. Taking advantage of, and using the Jones for a lifetime for the last two years Zachary Jubb has been my service advisor. If I have an appointment with another tech and he sees me he takes on my vehicle no questions asked. I have his personal cell as he has mine for any direct concerns or questions I may have. I fully trust him with my vehicle and know that he has my best interest in mind. I used bring my husband just to have the, "man card" in my pocket, but with Zach there is no need. Zach- thank you!

Bought a 2015 Lexus RX 350 CPO late Oct. 2018. Noticed that there were creaking noises when I went around a corner, or over bumps in the road. Suspected a suspension problem. Made an appointment over the phone to have it looked at. Assigned to Ethan Snader. He listened to the concern, had a tech verify the problem, which he did.
Apparently Toyota is aware of the problem, and is supposed to be developing a technical bulletin on resolving the problem. Ethan suggested checking back in early January, 2019 when they hope to have the TB. Will do as suggested.
So far my experience with Lexus of Towson has been positive. We''ll see how things work out in January.

We have to share with everyone the terrible service experience from Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills. For the last 7 years we have bought from this dealer 3 new cars, for a total of over 160 thousand dollars. Oh yeah, they were so nice and polite when they sell their cars. But how did these people change when it comes to the guarantees they gave when buying. They just deceived us by using the name of Lexus.
Our GX-460 is 6 years old, when we were looking for a car we wanted a family car with DVD. The salesperson Michael kindly suggested that we install a DVD package for this GX460 if we buy it and that we have to pay a little more than $2,000 dollars for this installation to Len Stoler Lexus. We agreed, and the dealer installed 2 DVD players. When the car was ready it took 1-2 days, Michael called and we began to paperwork for the purchase of this car. Everything was amazing. After 3 years, Michael offered to extend the additional warranty to 8 years or 75,000 miles in case of breakdowns Lexus will cover the repair. When issuing this guarantee, finance manager Travis explained that this warranty is the same as the factory warranty covering the engine, transmission and all electronics parts. I paid to this dealer another 2300 dollars for this extended warranty. I clarified this warranty covers the navigation, DVDs, air conditioning, seat heating? Mr. Travis assured me that Lexus would cover all this and they would not deceive their clients ... Unfortunately this was a lie !!!
Now our DVD started to work badly and of course we remembered our guarantee and those promises. We tried to contact the dealer, but it was not easy. They ignored us for 4-5 days. We could not understand what was the matter. After 5 days, we received a call from the service director Michael. He said that we can bring the car and they will fix it, even if the warranty does not cover it. But after 2 days they called us and said that if we want to repair the DVD, then we need to pay them another $1,800 and the warranty does not cover it. Since DVD were installed not original. We began to explain you installed this DVD. You are official dealer and you should bear responsibility for it. We also said that Michael promised to repair, even if the Lexus does not cover the repair. But unfortunately it was also a lie. After 3 days, Michael said that he did not say that. We were in shock. These people are just deceivers. Michael also said that it's your problem that you did not notice what was installed in the car. That's all. These are our problems. And then when we took our car, we found out that someone were eating and left empty box from his lunch. There was a spilled liquid on the rug ( looked like Soda). We do not eat in the car. It's just horror, we are shocked by this dealer and their service. We plan to buy a car and of course we will never come here again. And we'll write to the main office of Lexus about our experience with this dealer. We advise everyone to think 100 times before going to this dealer.

Would never recommend. Very poor service department. Repairs not completed. Agents do not answer messages left by phone and email....just one example: have taken car in 2 times to get sunroof leaks fixed. Entire inside of car wet with condensation, floor mats soaked in water. After 2 days and $800+ paid, leaks/water recurred. On 11/11 tried to make appt. via internet but site broken. Sent emails to Brian, service agent and Bob Schrader, Gen. manager to set appt. On 11/12, called, spoke to Leo, Service mgr. Said he would have my car picked up TODAY, would let me know time. Never heard frrom Leo. By 2pm, called Leo, Brian, left messages. Still no responses. Finally got Brian on phone at 4:30. He thought Leo made plans for pickup. Did not say why never answered voice mail messages. Said he would have car picked up tomorrow. FINALLY heard from Leo at 5pm, said he "got busy and forgot". Great service!!??,eh?I Am NOT associated with VW dealership or service. center.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

The customer service I expected and the lack of professionalism that was displayed is completely unacceptable at the MileOne collision Center on Reisterstown Road. On October 9, 2009 I was faced with a difficult situation. I hit a curb damaging two wheels and tires on the same side of the car. While doing this to keep the insurance company uninvolved I bought four wheels and tires and installed them myself. In this attempt I over torqued the left front wheel causing the wheel and tire to fall completely off the car. With this turn of events I was forced to file two separate claims on my car to rectify this problem.
I worked for Saturn of Ellicott City for 2 years and loved every minute of it but due to the unfortunate turn of events that General Motors is going through I resigned. But the one thing that I loved about the MileOne Company and Saturn is that they seemed to genuinely care about their customers. After waiting 3 weeks I finally received my car on November 13th to find that having a normal driving experience was not in my immediate future. The followings events occurred:
? Bubble in the tire.
? No hubcaps on the car. (the hubcaps were actually left on my passenger seats).
? The tire pressure monitor was not working.
? Different set of wheels and tires on car.
? Missing wheels and tires that were in the car.
I was very upset to see my car in this state after 3 weeks and two claims. Ed( Manager) and Rob(Service Technician) refused to try to rectify this problem of mine and I left defeated, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I would have been able to rectify these issues fairly easily if one of the wheels and tires were not missing from my vehicle. Now I am faced to purchase another wheel and 2 tires and a wheel alignment after 2 claims and $1116 paid out of pocket. All I wanted is the wheel that was wrongfully taken from me and to have my car look and drive the way it was before the accident so I can make this situation finally end. These are the facts about the accident:
? On the night/morning of the accident I the tow truck driver from Road Side Assistance dropped me off at home.(So I know everything was inside the car)
? Saturn of Owings Mills received the car on the 15th of October.
? Saturn of Owings Mills had the car towed on Wednesday the 21st of October.
? The accident happened on the passenger side of the car leaving me with 2 wheels and tires on the drivers side.
? I bought four the night the wheel fell off. Statefarm replaced 2 wheels and tires which should leave me with four stock wheels and four chrome rims.

I went in because I had really poor body work done and after much aggravation finally decided to give up on the morons I'd dealt with...wow, what a change when I went to Montrose. Staff at the counter was great and as I was explaining all the problems the owner overheard and got personally involved...try getting that at most dealerships. The sweet part was the work they did...outstanding! The paintwork was fantastic and they even touched up a spot unrelated to the accident. Above and beyond! Thanks Rick and your team!
