Bought 3 Jeep’s here several years ago within a few months of each other. Wonderful salesman , Scott, is no longer working here, unfortunately. We have had all 3 Jeeps serviced here since we purchased them and have had no complaints at all about the service department. They are always efficient, explain everything they think needs to be done in detail and our vehicles are always returned to us within a very short period of time.

This Dodge dealership damaged my dashboard during an airbag recall job and decided to do nothing while being rude and firing people that i talked to. I scheduled my truck for a airbag recall on march 27, 2020 at 7:30am. I just purchased my truck from a dealership a week prior with no damages to the dashboard and have pics. after the job was done they left my car dirty with debris and screws all over the floor. then i noticed large cracks on the dashboard. i went inside and asked michael shreve to speak to someone about it and was shrugged off and left standing there while several people walked by saying nothing and joking around in the service bay. the service manager charles braunlich finally came up to me immediately saying, "are you the guy with high mileage older truck?" I don't understand why that needed to be said or why are you discriminating already from the beginning. I showed him the cracks and he immediately started backtracking and finding ways to avoid having to fix it. Getting attitude, sucking his teeth, rolling his ideas, slamming my truck door. I got frustrated with him and demanded to talk to a higher up. I was told to talk to James Walker who i found out later was fired days later. I wonder why but it seems very suspicious. James walker gave me promises of fixing my truck and then was let go. I then talked to Jeff Kates who's the general sales manager and he reached out to Jon lefko the general manger that i was told he talked to charles braunlich and the technician that worked on my truck and decided to do nothing about the situation. never called me to discuss the matter. i then reached out to jeff lefko and he was very arrogant and cocky and had the nerve to say i don't need to call you. my guys been with me for 35 years and i trust them and i don't trust you. i said so they don't make mistakes and he again said i trust my guys. a general manager talks to customers like this is ridiculous. i called dodge corporate and reported this matter. My truck was damaged by this dealership. No accountability, no integrity, nobody took ownership and it starts from upper management down. I will never go to this dealership ever again. They can offer me a 2020 fully loaded dodge ram for $20 and i wouldn't take it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I went to get an oil change on our 2017 Grand Cherokee because I was sent a $24.95 special for oil and filter. Of course the price to did not cover synthetic oil so I agreed to go ahead. 30 mins later I get a call stating there was a nail in the tire and $65 to plug plus I also needed the 30,000 service and I was quoted $1000 . this bill was for air filter ,cabin filter and drain and replace transfer case fluid. . I changed oil and filter and plugged tire though i really wonder if I had a nail in the tire for $104. When I checked owners manual It does not recommend changing transfer fluid until 120,000 miles. I went and Bought air and cabin filter and replaced myself for $50. It took less than 20 mins. Last time I go Dar cars

I would 100% bring my vehicle back to be serviced again and again. It’s so nice to be able to have Service with a smile. In Jan 2021, I went to get my Jeep Wrangler Sahara service for an electrical issue. The dealership returned my car of stating that the service was under warranty and I had to pay the deductible. My car continued to have the same issue. I returned the car. The dealership mention the mechanic forgot to tighten a wire and they would have it done today. I requested for the dealership to complete an oil change and tire rotation while they had to car. The service was completed. During the both service, DARCAR Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Silver Spring completed an inspection of the vehicle and identified no issues.
Approximately two weeks later I was driving my vehicle out of state and the car began to vibrate. I called the Darcar Jeep Silver Spring informing them about the issue and they told me to go to the nearest Jeep dealership. The local dealership informed me that Darcar in Silver Spring forgot to tighten ALL the lug nuts on my Jeep after the tire rotation. My back tires had broken lug nuts and the wheel locks was the only thing holding my tires on to my truck.

If one of those wheels would have flown off, I would not be writing this review. It took them 30 days to accept responsibility of the neglect. My vehicle was in another say over 500 miles away for a month. The Service Manager, General Manager, and Area Manager all said they would take care of the situation. “We will give you whatever you want because this could have caused you your life.”
Yet, as soon as I asked for compensation for loss wages, time away from my family, and a refund for the service, they send the lawyers. What a way to treat a customer who have supported your for years.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500, and I have had my oil changed twice here and tires rotated once. Setting up a schedule online is so convenient, and they call you to confirm the appointment.
The Service staff is very friendly and professional. Both times I have had my vehicle serviced, I was in by 7:30AM and out about 45 minutes later. The price for oil changes and tire rotation is very reasonable.
In my opinion, this service department is the gold standard, and I will continue to come here for all of my maintenance needs, and I will definitely recommend Adams to all of my Mopar friends.

My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.

Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
