Work was sufficient and completed properly while I waited. I went there to have tire repaired, the tire had to be replaced. Without an appointment my replacement for recall was handled, oil change, HVAC serviced and cabin filter was all completed within a couple of hours. Outstanding job and I am completely satisfied. Thank you very much!

The service team is great. Especially, Scott Rivenbark. The first time I went in for an issue he informed it was covered by an extended warranty I took out when I bought the Jeep in 2010 back when I lived in Virginia. I thought it had expired as a previous dealer did some brake work that should have been covered under the warranty and never mentioned it. They also did it wrong. Scott got it all straightened out. I have had several issues since fixed and Scott got many of them covered under the warranty. He is very professional and takes obvious pride in getting the job done properly with outstanding customer service. He is the reason I will continue to go there for any work that needs to be done.

I thought the service department did a decent job at quickly diagnosing the problem and moved forward with a solution to it. My truck was still under warranty so it was just a matter of getting the right parts to replace the broken ones. I did find that their communication was above average, but they never responded to my questions their own text message that they sent me to start with. So I just called them instead, but they didn’t respond to my first VM. I reached my service agent on the second call I made to them.

Bought my 2023 jeep compass new from heritage in June, and had a great experience. Decided to come back to the same dealership for my first oil change/tire rotation, and I’m glad I did. Between other local Jeep dealerships putting in a cheaper oil than I paid for, to not doing a tire rotation I paid for (and denying it) I was looking for a new place to go. My service advisor David Phelps was extremely polite and professional and took care of all of my needs.

As it turned out, I had similar issues about a year ago and Greg was able to get the work covered. He saved me a sizeable chunk of money. I appreciate his diligence. Sales dept is fantastic. Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they said they couldn’t identify the problem. Service dept was less than friendly at pickup also. Took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the Jeep has a problem with the valve train and need a camshaft replaced. Why couldn’t they figure this out and save me the hassle.

Service advisor Michael sucks. Doesn't communicate at all. Was in yesterday and needed bigger service done. Left the truck. They had it goes yesterday and most of today. They told me they had the pay but they didn't. Ordered it and at 1pm still not there. Won't be done today. Advisor never even called. If i don't call to find out i hear nothing m just awful customer service. Work is always great so not the mechanics. Go with any other advisor

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY - sylvanus

This Dodge dealership damaged my dashboard during an airbag recall job and decided to do nothing while being rude and firing people that i talked to. I scheduled my truck for a airbag recall on march 27, 2020 at 7:30am. I just purchased my truck from a dealership a week prior with no damages to the dashboard and have pics. after the job was done they left my car dirty with debris and screws all over the floor. then i noticed large cracks on the dashboard. i went inside and asked michael shreve to speak to someone about it and was shrugged off and left standing there while several people walked by saying nothing and joking around in the service bay. the service manager charles braunlich finally came up to me immediately saying, "are you the guy with high mileage older truck?" I don't understand why that needed to be said or why are you discriminating already from the beginning. I showed him the cracks and he immediately started backtracking and finding ways to avoid having to fix it. Getting attitude, xxxxxxx his teeth, rolling his ideas, slamming my truck door. I got frustrated with him and demanded to talk to a higher up. I was told to talk to James Walker who i found out later was fired days later. I wonder why but it seems very suspicious. James walker gave me promises of fixing my truck and then was let go. I then talked to Jeff Kates who's the general sales manager and he reached out to Jon lefko the general manger that i was told he talked to charles braunlich and the technician that worked on my truck and decided to do nothing about the situation. never called me to discuss the matter. i then reached out to jeff lefko and he was very arrogant and cocky and had the nerve to say i don't need to call you. my guys been with me for 35 years and i trust them and i don't trust you. i said so they don't make mistakes and he again said i trust my guys. a general manager talks to customers like this is ridiculous. i called dodge corporate and reported this matter. My truck was damaged by this dealership. No accountability, no integrity, nobody took ownership and it starts from upper management down. I will never go to this dealership ever again. They can offer me a 2020 fully loaded dodge ram for $20 and i wouldn't take it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
