The team at Deluca usually does a good job - we’ve had our Acadia for 10 years and 170,000 miles and have serviced our vehicle exclusively at Deluca for the last 9 Years. Generally we’ve been very happy with the service. The car isn’t as reliable as a Honda or a Toyota but service experience generally is good to very good. This last visit I brought the car in for a issue that I unfortunately need to return for which is difficult given my work schedule. I’m sure they will address issue to satisfaction - they always do. Just inconvenient this time.
Deceptive advertising - Savana
After seeing the savana van I wanted on the internet and 2 emails later to quirk to set, up an appointment I drive 1 hour and see a salesman that tells me all 3 savanas on their website are not in stock and they don’t know when they will arrive terrible way to treat a potential customer

February 2018 I went to buy a new car. I would think like any car buyer I was checking what each dealership had to offer. I currently drive a Chevrolet so my first stop was Tracy Chevy Cadillac in Plymouth, MA. Dave Young was my salesman. Dave showed us a couple of vehicles. Test drove one vehicle and went inside to see some numbers. Dave brought our paperwork over to Paul Barton the "Manager" of the business. Sitting at Dave's desk with my girlfriend we began to hear the manager Paul demean us with discriminatory remarks. When I confronted Paul about the remarks Paul's reply was, "I wasn't talking to you I was talking to Dave about you. Dave immediately began trying to "soften" or mitigate the damage Paul inflicted. As I explained to Dave, at Dave's desk, it was not necessary to explain Paul's comments Paul interrupted our conversation. I asked Paul to be professional, keep his excuses to himself and allow us to speak with our salesman Dave. Paul responded, "if we want to buy a car at Tracy we are dealing with Paul". That was more than enough for us to go two lots over to Colonial Ford and purchase their 2018 C-Max Hybrid. While I write this review so other consumers can read about Tracy's services I would also say thank you. If Tracy's customer service did not drive me out the door we probably would not have made it to Colonial Ford.

The salesman totally misled me about obtaining the Massachusetts $2,500 rebate -- obtained as a tax credit. Also didn't know about adding the fast-charge option. Neither salesman nor sales manager would admit fault and even apologize!! DON'T BUY AN EV FROM THESE FOLKS!

Never again will I go to McGee, we had the WORST experience here. We first met with the dealer Josh, who was visibly hungover and couldn't find some of the vehicles we wanted to see that he said were on the lot, and made no attempt at finding them even with us asking repeatedly. We looked at about 4-5 vehicles, were told they were all within our price range of 11k, we chose a car, were told that it was 10.9k, it was a Sunday so we had to come back to meet with financing and when we came back they told us the car was 15k, upon telling them this was not what we had agreed on they told us every other vehicle we looked at was 10.9 except this one. We are on a strict budget and wanted to try to keep our payment low, we were told by the finance manager that he would put us on biweekly payments so "psychologically it seems like you're paying less". This place is such a joke!!

I Called to make an appointment for my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for an issue with the GPS and on star not having signal. Made an appointment a few days prior for a 3 PM diagnostic visit which I was going to pay out of my pocket not under warranty. I work an hour away and had to notify my work that I would be leaving and hour early and using vacation time to make this appointment only to find that when I showed up they could not take me because they were too busy even though I scheduled an appointment. They offered to leave my truck which I cannot do And can look at it the next day at their convenience not mine.

I was going to trade in my 2015 Gmc 1500 because my lease was up and looking into leasing 2 other vehicle but because he thought I was just dropping off the vehicle and not purschasing another vehicle he came outside to.look at the truck and said I'm not taking this crap who talks like that especially at a dealership never had someone ever said something like that to me while trying to purachase a vehicle .. I went somewhere else the same day to a different gmc dealer made a deal happen

Dillon Chevrolet service department the absolute best I've ever had I brought my car in for recall a 2000 Pontiac they treated me like I bought the car from them they're awesome. There courtesy van took me home and then pick me up when the service was completed. If you were to look up first-class service it was say Dillon

This is a dealer who knows how to treat a customer right. Good service, great parts department, and a sales department that is friendly and fair to its customers. They offered me more money for my trade-in than any other dealer recently. Too bad GM is such a mess.

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
