We are thrilled with the experience we had at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. James Lewis made the paperwork portion of our purchase a breeze. He explained every detail about the financing and warranty but did not push us to purchase anything we were not comfortable with.

I had bought a used car from them. Right after that, the next day, a few problems surfaced that I didn't notice at first. It took them several days to take care of these problems, but they did everything to address them, without a word of complaint. I would especially like to praise the girl I worked with - Stephanie Sheperd. She is a real pistol.

Went in to Sentry, to look at a few cars, and left 2 hours later with a loaded 2015 Lincoln MKC. Amel was our salesperson and was nice from the moment he introduced himself. Very happy that I went to Sentry and would recommend to anyone the same.Thanks Amel !!!!!!!!!
Not there to take your money - Mustangkid
Went to a transmission mechanic and they said i had to get a computer update to fix the transmission. Went champion to get the update they quoted $120 over the phone. The master tech looked at it and said the update would not fix it. Ended up being a bad electrical connector. Total bill was $100. So glad i didn't waste the $120 on a computer program.

So, I have no idea if they are a good or bad dealership, because their outsourced internet sales leads refuses to give me the information I have requested multiple times. I know I can be crass, but I have tried with her to just say that I am looking to talk to a sales manager or finance as I already have information and want someone who actually runs the numbers. She decided to just give a number and then not respond.
So. Who knows what they are like as their first line of sales won't even listen.

Sarat Ford was eager to sell us a vehicle, but ONE DAY later couldn't be bothered to return emails and phone calls. The new car they sold us had a noticeable nick on the tailgate. After REPEATED attempts to reach the salesperson, we were told he could only offer us a small vial of factory paint for us to FIX IT OURSELVES. A few months later, the sales team AGAIN ignored repeated attempts to request paperwork proving they paid the state sales tax (which the State disputes they did). Very BAD, very, very BAD service!!!
