So, I have no idea if they are a good or bad dealership, because their outsourced internet sales leads refuses to give me the information I have requested multiple times. I know I can be crass, but I have tried with her to just say that I am looking to talk to a sales manager or finance as I already have information and want someone who actually runs the numbers. She decided to just give a number and then not respond.
So. Who knows what they are like as their first line of sales won't even listen.

I have been a customer of Champion Lincoln Mazda since 1987. just an outstanding group of people starting with Tim and Linda aa well as Mr Horgan. It does not stop in sales as the service department has always been there when they are needed. Butch and his staff are very knowledgeable.

Sarat Ford was eager to sell us a vehicle, but ONE DAY later couldn't be bothered to return emails and phone calls. The new car they sold us had a noticeable nick on the tailgate. After REPEATED attempts to reach the salesperson, we were told he could only offer us a small vial of factory paint for us to FIX IT OURSELVES. A few months later, the sales team AGAIN ignored repeated attempts to request paperwork proving they paid the state sales tax (which the State disputes they did). Very BAD, very, very BAD service!!!
