Brought my car in for a quote for an extended warranty. Everyone was very helpful. Henry was able to accommodate myself with a loaner while the service had my car for inspection. They found an oil leak which they took care of and gave me a quote for extended warranty. It was a fair offer but it didn’t cover the components I wanted to cover. Will go back in the future for service!

I was very satisfied with service to my AC unit that had stopped working. Samuel Doucette was a very knowledgeable service provider whose advice I appreciated. The service itself took an hour less than the estimate for that particular job. Sam also found ways to reduce the initial price estimate, which was also much appreciated. My Tacoma has close to 150,000 miles, and I've been with Lia since I bought it at 10,000 miles, because I find the service and overall atmosphere consistently reliable.

The staff go above and beyond to take care of problems and to find solutions. After service call, upon returning home, the rear gate of my Forrester had a rod break/ Rose asked Dave to come and look at it ( I live nearby) and he did/ and then they fit me in to get it fixed right away. And let me know I may need axles replaced which I will have scheduled in 3 days. I was very appreciative.

He arranged a brand new Crosstrek loaner for us, kept me up to date as diagnostics progressed, and let me know as soon as special order parts arrived and were installed in our car. We have been working with Mark since he joined the Haddad service team and has always gone out of his way to take care of us. Second Subaru we have purchased and maintained at Haddad Subaru. Went in for new brakes and tires. Was originally told it would take approximately 6 hours. I did not have a set time so was fine with it. Received an update 2 minutes before the original time of service appointment that it would not be ready until 6:00PM. Having issues with timeliness in the past I arrived at 6:03PM to find that the service department was closed. No one at any point told me that they would be closing and to be there early to get my car. When I arrived home I reviewed the bill and my car to find that they did the lower brand of tires from what we originally agreed upon for the same price. Have used this dealership many times for service in the past but will no long continue to do so.
