I had an urgent matter with my 2020 XT4, where I put a new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help whatsoever from OnStar, I decided to call the dealership. I plead with the person on the phone to find someone to help me, it was after 5:00, I am sure people were ready to head home and I was in a panic. The guy I was telling my issue to goes and gets Matt (don’t know his last name) but he is the shop foreman. He got on the phone and said don't worry, I know exactly what you need to do. In literally 5 minutes he walked me through and fixed my issue. I was so happy that I think I told him I was sending him a dozen roses and told my friends if he was single I would marry him lol. He is what every dealership and business needs. He obviously knows Cadillac vehicles and to jump in to help me resolve my issue, he was a superstar. If it was not for him, I would have had to deal with another annoying call with OnStar and waiting for a service to show up and they probably would not be able to troubleshoot my issue. I was also parked in a lot in the North End, which would have been very costly if I had to leave my vehicle there overnight. Whatever you pay him, you need to pay him more!!!

Great sales and service. Raymond has always been extremely helpful diagnosing and servicing my Quattroporte. He is incredibly knowledgeable and great to speak too about exotic cars. He and Joe are clearly passionate about insuring the customer is totally satisfied.

We brought our Ford Expedition to the dealer we purchased it from because the key would not release from the ignition. After several hours we were told it there was over $2,000.00 of service needed and we needed to prepay for the parts. My husband then drove to Imperial Ford in Mendon. Within 30 minutes the manager advised that he ran the VIN, we purchased the extended warranty, so this service was covered at 100%. (There was also some other issues that the first dealership advised that was needed and not under warranty.) But Imperial did the legwork to find the warranty we forgot about. They made the appointment and gave us a rental (also covered by the warranty,) since the part would take a few days to come in. They called us to update us during the process and called us once the service was complete (something other dealerships never did.) We will certainly be using Imperial for our service from now on. Thanks Donny for the great service!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Mitsubishi Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but exactly the opposite was true. They stood behind their product and even gave me a loaner vehicle that they didn't have to. Not only that, I got a call from the owner Kevin and his son Zach to ensure my satisfaction with the quality of the repair! Their service Manger was also extremely communicative and very easy to speak to. I couldn't recommend them more and will definitely be back when I'm in the market again! Thank you!

I went into Modern Auto on July 12, 2013 to have service done to my Mazda 5. I found out that I needed break pads and break calipers for the rear but, also an emergency break cable. The whole job would cost $736.61. I talked to Joe, I told him that I thought I had extended warranty, he said "I did not get it when I purchased the car through them five months ago." Joe and I sat down and talked and he said "Don't worry about it, we will make it right and you will be happy when you leave out of here." When the job was done, he said, "Would it be far if you to pay a hundred dollars?" I said yes but, I don't have it. He said " don't worry about it." So Joe paid the whole bill for the service of my car. I would say that this place is the best place for anyone to get the services done to their cars. Also if you need to get a great car for a great price here is the place. My name is Doug and I would trade my cars in here, buy again here, and get my cars serviced here any time now.
