Absolutely fantastic experience! I worked with Erwin Kendrick a sales manager, from the moment we drove onto the lot he was very accommodating. Presented the price as advertised, and finished the paperwork while he treated us to dinner at a nearby restaurant. We were out of state buyers but the process was simple. I was just shopping but ready to buy a truck and was pleased to drive home to Indiana with my new F150. I will be back for future purchases!

I was vacationing in the area when my rear window was broken by stones from another vehicle. I called to see if a replacement window might be available while I was in town. It was not. Rick Bartels was very accommodating and professional. He had the service/body shop wrap my window with a temporary film to get me to where I was going. Great job by all there. The wrap was done so that it stood up to a couple thunderstorms without leaking and there is no noise on the interstate while driving. I would highly recommend.

When I got there were a couple of forms to sign, went over the car with Khurram, he switched my plate went over the car with me and I was on my way. Staff there is always helpful. I've been leasing since 2014 from Bob Maxey Ford and they make you feel like family!

Charlie Smith is top notch salesman. He did everything in his power to satisfy my experience. The Service department on the other hand is the worst service I've ever received. I took my new used truck In to be serviced for shaking in the steering. Finally over a month later i received the vehicle back with the same exact issues i had when i took it in. Nothing had been done with the truck to my knowledge because i still have the same issue with the truck as when i took it in.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending. In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

I didn't get a response for a week and all it said was that the truck I asked about was still available. There was no reference to what truck I asked about and no other information was given even though I had asked a couple of questions about it. They didn't even bother to respond on the dealership letterhead.
