Ricky Bartels and the whole team have saved me twice now! A couple years ago I needed a new vehicle. They were able to get me financing on a vehicle that was not only perfect for my needs, but one that I loved! And when there came a major issue with the vehicle, they fixed it, and made sure that my warranty covered it (saving me about $4500 or more). A couple months ago I was T-boned it it totaled my vehicle (which I am still making payments on), which left me with having to drive my classic car that not only needs some work, but is also not a winter vehicle. I ended up with frostbite on both of my feet because my classic car has no heat. I had stopped in and told Ricky what happened, and he generously has been helping me through the insurance paperwork. Last week I was looking on their website, and one vehicle caught my eye. It was within my price range (although right now I really can't afford anything). I stopped in to speak with Rick about it, but he steered me into another vehicle that would be more dependable. He knows that I am disabled, and I have animals that I sometimes need to transport safely. The sales price wasn't too much, it was actually too low to even get financing on. So the dealership said that they would do in-house financing for me. This was on Friday evening, and I hadn't brought any of the paperwork for my old vehicle with me. So we agreed that I would come in on Saturday morning and we could complete the transaction then. Ricky even came and picked me up at my house to bring me back to the dealership. The team even took quite a bit off of the sales price for me because I have been going through so much and am low income. I tell everybody I know about Town & Country Sales and Service, and how much they have helped me! And I will continue to do so. They will be getting repeat business from me as well!

Our salesperson Michael and the sales manager were fabulous. They helped my 84-year-old Mom with a lease on her new maverick. She was very particular about what she wanted, and they were able to track down exactly what she wanted and get it for her. She loves her new Maverick. She was treated with dignity and respect. Charlie Smith is top notch salesman. He did everything in his power to satisfy my experience. The Service department on the other hand is the worst service I've ever received. I took my new used truck In to be serviced for shaking in the steering. Finally over a month later i received the vehicle back with the same exact issues i had when i took it in. Nothing had been done with the truck to my knowledge because i still have the same issue with the truck as when i took it in.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending. In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

I had some work/repairs done a while ago, and wanted to run it a while before I wrote a review. My car rans just as good as the day I bought it. Lena/Josh did a great job keeping me up to date on the progress, and having a loner was a great help as well.
