The BEST customer experience hands down. Beth and Taylor are customer ambassadors as they go above and beyond to ensure my Volkswagen is repaired properly, repaired on time and with the least amount of inconvenience for me. I recently had a warranty issue/misunderstanding that actually had nothing to do with the Dealership, rather a local body shop. It didn't matter to Beth. She resolved the issues and worked with the body shop in the background so I didn't have to. Beth truly puts the customer first. I appreciate her time, her team and her amazing mechanics! They double and triple check their work before the car is turned back over to me. Beth provided me a courtesy car while my car was repaired which was a HUGE benefit to me.

The team was very helpful and assisted with everything required for the repairs, even offering to provide a loaner vehicle. A huge shout out to Jacob P our adviser. He went above and beyond to provide great communication during the entire repair process and our total repair cost came in under the original quote. It’s never fun to need car repairs, but the service here made me feel much better about it.

First- I needed an oil change, then a couple days later, I had the ‘check engine’ light come on my BMW 650i. I worked with Lanie with both issues and she was very helpful in accommodating my schedule, which included coordinating a loaner vehicle. She also found out whether or not the Service Team honors my ‘Car Shield” warranty, to which she said yes (happy to say it wasn’t even needed after troubleshooting the problem). Lanie also remembered to call me whenever the service was complete. It’s the little things that can make a big difference and Lanie gets ‘it.’ I am very grateful to the entire Service Team at Grand Blanc BMW!

Another excellent experience with Labadie Service Department! We bought a used car from Labadie two years ago. (Our fifth Toyota from Labadie) The service needed was something caused by us. Had car towed to Labadie at 10AM, and picked it up at 1PM ON CHRISTMAS EVE DAY!!!! What other mechanic would have even looked at our car, let alone repair it within 3 hours? AND.....I had told them that we didn’t even need the car until Tuesday! Can’t say enough good things about this company! The quality, professionalism, friendly atmosphere and fair pricing have made us Labadie fans for life! Thank you Pete and your Service Department for another job well done!

I am very disappointed with this dealership. Salesmen treat you like your stupid and incompetent and will lie right to your face. Service used to be good. I come in for a oil change and was greeted by a very rude person at the service counter. Telling me I have to wait for 2 hours after having a appointment time. I don't know what happened to this dealership it was great about 8 years ago but it has turned into one of the worst I have delt with. I have started going to Toyota of Grand Rapids it is worth the 25 mile drive to be spoken to and treated with some dignity.

Bought new 4 runner in December of 2018 few weeks ago with all the snow had to use 4 wheel drive it clunked when it was engaged and at one point would not come out of 4 low had 2019 was told by Service manager Matt in service a lot of customers have said same thing, did not want to have tech even look at it I did finally get a tech to drive around parking lot he heard it klunk twice he also heard the gears grinder then stopped took out owners manual I said what you doing he said reading on how th shift it this was a trained tech he pulled it inside Matt gave me toyota corporate phone number told me to call them and see what they say I then went to rod the new car sales manager was basically told same thing but he said do you want a car wash pass for your trouble can not believe the way I was treated waiting on corporate to call me back

My husband and I brought my car into Serra’s service department for a simple oil change and to have them check my brakes. I had this appointment made approximately 3 weeks ahead of time. I dropped my car off on time at 11am. At 1:30pm I sent them a text inquiring why it was taking so long. They wrote back saying that they had not started on it yet because they were very busy. They said that they would be starting on it in the next 45 minutes! We complained to management and the only thing we got was excuses. Needless to say we got our keys and left. We will now have to take our car in to another place.
There have been so many issues with this business over the years. Never again. Lesson FINALLY learned, avoid this place at all costs.
