Tried going to Williams AutoWorld twice looking for new vehicle options. The first salesperson flat out lied about vehicle features and I left. Since I had also met an amazing front desk person and manager, I called and spoke to the manager who set me up for a second visit. However, the second salesperson was not helpful, did not listen to me or my wife and was exceptionally condescending.
I wish they were better but when two of two salespeople are terrible, that says something about the business as a whole (especially when the second salesperson was supposed to be making up for the bad first experience).

I've only dealt with service and the parts department but they're amazing people, I'm treated like family whenever I drop my car off there. Marty Ball gives me clear-cut details on warranty work and is always friendly and personable. Alexander Morris also gave me a crazy deal on a part I was dreading buying. I'm only 17 and I've had an amazing experience here whenever I went. If I ever buy a new car it'll be from here.

This dealership falsifies their inventory in order to get people interested and to inquire about cars they don't actually have available. They pull a bait and switch. Now they have my contact information and are calling me non-stop when they don't have the cars I am actually interested in. Isn't this false advertising? Maybe I need to find a lawyer.

Amazingly incompetent Salesperson, Managers, and possibly call operator. Asked for a call back from all 3, via the phone operator, direct land line, and cell phones, and haven't received a call back for several months now. First they tried to sell me a used 2018 CR-5 at $500 MORE than the online sale price (wasn't aware of). I had negotiated with the salesman, who did the Manager office walk, to see if he would go down $500 on the price. I was told that was a reasonable offer, with the car being over $23 K. The manager okay'd that amount and we signed paperwork. Salesman tried very hard to make me take the car, even though I was by myself & having to drive my truck home. This maneuver I later found out, was because once you take possession of the car, the contract can be enforced at that price. When I got home I checked the car online again, and it was no longer listed. Seemed like a quick act on their part which made me suspicious. Luckily I copied the original ad and saw that it was listed for $500, Below my negotiated price! I called the Sales person back and left a message. He didn't answer his cell phone, and I had just received the number from him hours earlier. Still not getting a phone call back from him later the following day, I called again, was able to talk to him, and was told they would honor the advertised online price. The manager had already agreed earlier on the previous day, to reduce the wrongly listed window price (not priced with the online sales price). So I know he had to look on his computer to check the numbers, just as they always do. Which means only one thing, that these are some very dishonest folks. Also, the front windshield had a star crack in it, and I was told that they would take care of it. That was before we left the dealer, after signing for the car. The fool salesman tried to blame the cracked windshield on us, because my wife & I took it for a test drive. We then had to pay $50 to have someone fix it in our driveway, because these fools would rather screw me over for a small amount of money, then to possibly see me as a future customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these very incompetent, and dishonest people!!!

No words can express how unsatisfied I have been with multiple visits for service. The communication is very poor, I have paid for a number of costly repairs that did not solve the problems, and would hope to never return.

They dont even get half of a star!. I am soooooo upset with this place and I am more disappointed with the people that work there . I had my car towed in on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday for a diag. I told the lady "my car has coolant in the spark plug holes I may have blown the head gasket....I just had a heater core flush I am not sure if that is what caused the problem". I had checked everything I could before the car got there there was NO knocking of the engine, bearings didnt lock, thick white smoke out of the tailpipe so we kind of ruled out possibility of an engine block crack, but more importantly we constantly checked the oil it was still just oil no foam mixture just oil. Again I had given this information to the lady and told her when I had to call and check on my car that I wanted to know if the head was cracked or the engine block. When I talked to her she said immediately said I needed a new engine and that she was looking up prices and that POSSIBLY the head was cracked or the engine block was cracked. Now isnt that what I already told the lady? She is telling me the exact same thing that I ALREADY told her. So after I told her I wanted to know if the engine block was cracked or the head and she said that she would call me back with more info BEFORE they closed. So like a child I waited by the phone for her call only to have to call her back and find out that everybody left because they were closed. This initiated my first call to John the manager. I had to leave him a voicemail pleading for him to call me back because I felt slighted and I wanted to know about my car. The next day Lexi calls me back and says she was returning my phone call for John the manager because he was in meetings and apologized for her unprofessionalism for not returning the phone call and proceeded to tell me the EXACT same thing she said the day before(which is what I ALREADY told her before the car was worked on) adding in I need a new engine again and being very persistent about it. I asked her things like is the head cracked or the engine block cracked .... why couldn't I replace or refurbish the head. She said based on her "mechanical experience" I needed a new or used engine and to get that information I wanted it would be a $500 job on top of the $200 diag fee. Also readers you remember earlier I told you that I had checked the oil she is now saying the oil was foamy and had coolant in it and I told her that I checked the oil and it wasn't like that before it got to them and I have 4 witnesses to prove that. I find all this ridiculous because I'm still yet to get a diagnosis and they are now holding my car HOSTAGE because I refuse to pay $200 for ABSOLUTELY nothing. They did not give me any information that I already didn't know and that I didn't already tell them. I left a message for the CEO and the person that keeps responding to these low rating reviews. I am scared they are going to sabotage my car because of the back and forth we have been doing especially after reading some of these reviews. I just want my car back and John the manager keeps telling me I cannot have it back until I pay the $200 for the nothing of service that I got and the disrespect from the crew. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy i should have ready the reviews before I towed it in, but I thought my car would be safe here because they work on VW vs. taking it to a mechanic that mostly works on American cars. Someone let my betty jetta know I coming to get her and to hold on strong! I am sorry for giving these people permission to pop your hood and violate you by just staring at the engine and making stuff up about you because that is all they did!

Their service department is great and well-priced. Because the battery was immediately behind the headlight, I took it there to be changed. They charged $15. I'd been charged $60 before. The several things I've had done there, both collision and regular service, have always been done well, before the time promised and at very fair rates.
Why did I buy my car at Suburban (worst ever experience) when I'd had good experiences with Melton Motors? I'll never trust Suburban to touch my car again, despite the fact that I work within 3 miles of them and probably over 25 miles from Melton.

Wow, i just started shopping for a car and I reached out to this dealer to inquire about a 2013 VW Passat. First, it took them a while until they responded. Secondly, when i asked regarding a discrepancy with their listing (they listed the vehicle with 2,000 miles when autocheck states it has over 29,000 miles) they never responded to clarify this discrepancy. This dealer their adds is misleading and customer service sucks - i would never go back or recommend it to anyone.
