The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. When I came in with my dog, many of them remembered us. One person even remembered that I bought a car from______(I can’t come up with her name at the moment) but the service rep did! Plus, two ppl remembered my dog’s name and those who were t busy gave her a pet. Such a friendly place with expert service. So glad I bought my Mazda from them!

So I will start off by saying I first bought a Chevy Colorado 2011 then I found out they sold me a salvage title it went Salvage 28 days after I bought the vehicle so I weigh over paid for this vehicle the dealership interns blames it on the state of Minnesota and told me I had to go after the state of Minnesota after nine and a half weeks of fighting with a dealership and threatening to get my lawyers involved they finally agreed to give me what I owed on my vehicle which they should have just gave me what I paid for the vehicle because of the BS an intern gave me a deal on another vehicle however three weeks after owning this vehicle and towing my fishhouse within the realm of the towing capability of the GMC Sierra 1500 they sold me after I got to the destination I went to check my fluids and everything just to make sure everything went well cuz this is my first toll with it here I found oil in my radiator overflow tank so I took it back to the dealership and they did give me a vehicle to use for the remainder of my vacation however the mechanic when they found what the issue was came out to the waiting room got me pulled me to a different room because he knew I was going to be upset told me they had to put a whole new radiator in and they would cover it this time but then they were done with me and they weren't going to deal with me ever again quote on quote I believe that's very unprofessional of anybody to talk to any customer in that manner and I had every right to get it covered and bring it in because it was in the 30-day return policy that they have scattered all over their service department waiting room that should have been my sign to throw the keys at him and ask for my money back I will never return to these guys and I will never talk to them about this issue because at all I did for nine and a half weeks and now after they replaced the radiator I decided to take it to another mechanic that I actually trusted and they found several other issues wrong with this vehicle that I am working on repairing step by step but I don't have the money or the resources to get it all fixed at one time since I paid $24,000 for this hunk of junk GMC Sierra 1500

I have owned my vehicle for 7 years now, and am always satisfied with the service I receive from Eich Motors. This last visit was a perfect example of why; Jason in Service went above and beyond as always to work with me and explore every option available for fixing my Passat, as he knows I am working with a limited budget. Once I decided on the repairs, the service was completed quickly, actually exceeding my expectations. The service and parts depts are always very friendly and willing to help, and I love that they take the time to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly, and also that they follow up with me a couple days later to make sure that everything is satisfactory.
