The video I received from the service department was very helpful and told me all I needed to know about my vehicle, however, I do have one complaint. After the battery was replaced, which initially was the reason why the car was there in the first place, I called someone in service and asked them to do a regular check up of my vehicle as it had been sitting for over six months. I assumed that this service included oil change, checking fluids and tires,etc. I did not drive the vehicle home as I have a neck injury so I did not see the tire pressure light was on until a few days later.The PSI on all tires were between 29-30 when 36 is the required PSI. Was I mistaken in thinking that the tires should have been checked?

After weeks of car searching, Mazda was one of the few dealerships that didn't run other car dealers down. So we decided on a Mazda which we had never had. After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!
