The dealer scratch my car during a routine oil change and tire rotation. They said they would send me the video from the bay to prove they didn't scratch my car. I wanted two weeks and called, texted and emailed multiple times. They never sent the video after saying they would. Now I will take legal action.

I also liked the fact that after signing all the paperwork, Daniel got into the car with me to explain all the features and details that are included with the new car. He showed me how the app works, how the infortainment worked and shared with me all the minor details that make owning a Kia awesome.
