Employees got me in for service quite promptly all while... - Roger Getrost
Employees got me in for service quite promptly all while being courteous. Too bad all companies don't care as much. Thanks to the service department.

I think that consistency of a dealer and service... - Bmillecker
I think that consistency of a dealer and service department is the tenure of it's people. Love working with Annie Thompson. She is great!

The Service Center did what it could. Carnet features, service, and hardware have been disappointing. Too bad the VW has not built in some easy remote access and/or reset options.
Everyone at this location was so friendly and I did not... - Tammy Goheen-Wittman
Everyone at this location was so friendly and I did not feel like they were try to push me into to a sale. I will definitely tell my family and friends how great everyone is.

Tom has always been the best person in the service department. I’ve been a customer of VW for seven years now, I will always ask for Tom
This service dept. is Awesome!! They are courteous,... - starlakinman
This service dept. is Awesome!! They are courteous, timely, and efficient. I live out of town visiting my parents, who live approx 1 hour from Molle's. Upon driving my parents car I heard an odd noise. I called to see if Molle's could take a look at it. They did a thorough inspection. Didn't find anything, didn't charge me either👍😃. Must have been some dirt in wheels! No problems afterwards. Eric was so caring and genuine!! Great job, Molle Volkswagon!!
Proof is in the pudding - Crazy Dan
I took in "an older Jetta" (about 10 years or so), with a minor electrical problem. And just to see if they were as great as advertised, I left a low tyre too. The appointment was not met by the service department, and the car stayed almost a week. To my surprise, nothing was said about the tyre. Now I had purposely left the correct VW OEM part in the box in the front passenger's seat with the "bad" part installed.
The Service associate seemed experienced and knowledgeable at the onset. According to the service associate, the car needed around $1200 to "fix all the non-Volkswagon parts" and to replace the "non-compatible" parts. And that was just to start. At one point he told me there was "programming needed" on a simple part that was just some wire that was not connected to any sensors or intelligent circuits. I tried to explain that the component he was trying to "program" was not something that could be programmed. But he insisted... Just to confirm my knowledge of this car's systems, I contacted another VW dealer in another STATE (that I knew and trusted)!!! He confirmed that the component in question, could be changed in any parking lot, with simple hand tools, and the car would never know the difference!!
Un-officially, I was told that the torque converter was about to explode, and it would be over $4,000.00 to replace it. And when I asked about a minor adjustment to an interior part, I was told that they had no body shop capabilities, and I would have to take my car elsewhere for any VW authorized body work. A week after taking my car into the shop, I was taken for $149 shop fee, $13.50 in "shop supplies", (from which there was no evidence of need or use), and sent on my merry way with the low tyre and the warning light still on. The shop never tried to install the correct part laying in the top of the box in the front passenger's seat. Had they, they would have found that everything (but the faulty horn), would have magically repaired itself!
All-in-all, it was the worst case of customer service xxxx I have ever seen in my nearly 60 years in the auto industry!!
I do NOT recommend this dealer to give an honest drink of water, let alone fix ANY CAR!! If you have a Mitsubishi or VW product and need service, TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE, and get better service.
We worked with Reece on finding the perfect family SUV.... - jfinley
We worked with Reece on finding the perfect family SUV. He was very knowledgeable and did not put pressure on us on which vehicle we wanted. He ensured we were happy and went over any questions we had with patience.
Hassle Free - NBaker
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Belton Auto Credit. Ron (who is sadly retired) was beyond amazing with our first vehicle. Never felt pressured in to buying and always friendly and helpful. Jim has been great with our second vehicle, again friendly and helpful. Never had problems with either vehicle that was not easily and quickly taken care of. Jason and Sean (mechanics) go above and beyond in helping with repairs or just simple questions i may have regarding either vehicle, one of which is already paid off. I have recommended BAC and will continue to do so.
Unwanted mail and emails from dealership - Unwanted Soliciting
I took my 2015 VW Jetta in for an oil change and to install new tires I brought with me. This was my first time at this dealership. When I arrived, I had to do some paperwork as I had never been there before for car services. They asked me for my email and VERY RELUCTANTLY gave them my email. They promised me the only thing they would email me is service coupons so I said that was fine. I was actually pleased with the oil change and tire service BUT wouldn't you know it a month later I start getting mail and emails asking for me to come in and trade my car in for a newer car. I would be a complete moron to trade in a 2015 Jetta with only 40,000 miles on it which I will have paid off in 18 months, plus I have about $4,000 in positive equity in. I don't appreciate this one bit and I probably will not return because of it. Places like this don't have YOUR best interest at heart, they only want to rip you off and make money off you. - Pissed Off!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I’ve literally only ever... - Atlas
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I’ve literally only ever posted two google reviews and they are both on garbage dealerships. I wouldn’t ask anyone at this place to put water on me if I was on fire. This is exactly why I bought from Lee Summit VW and not Northtowne. I figured for parts and service I would go here instead of driving all the way to Lee Summit bc it’s closer. WRONG!!! I placed a parts order and was told it would be in the next day. “That’s quick”
I said to the guy over the phone and was told there was a fast turn around if ordered before noon. The same guy set me up with an appointment the next day. I came in, The parts weren’t there. No big deal really. Now. it takes a lot for me to get really upset, things happen, the service guy named Bobby (only decent guy there) was apologetic and explained that the warehouses were closed and he didn’t know why I was told they would be in. It was a waste of 2 hours of my day but the man assured me it would be handled, so I took his word and rescheduled. Came in the next day and I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and waited 45 mins and my car hadn’t even left the loading bay. This was after being told would take to hours to put the parts on. At this point I was starting to get pissed because they now they are wasting even more of my time. When I went to tell the other service guy named Barry what my issue was, he went to the service Manager Chris Stroud who flippantly brushes it off and chalked it up as “hey sorry man xxxx happens, oh well” and acted like it was no big deal and that I was overreacting. That sent me overboard. So then I call for the General Manager and spoke with Russ Fortner and he assured me he would rectify the situation, and that he would call me back. It’s been 5 days and not a word from him. All I wanted was some common courtesy or someone to say hey guy, we are running behind especially they already wanted my time previously. Nope, just got attitude from the Service dept. They don’t really care about their customers, It’s just about screwing people over. This is the shister cut rate service you get from a dealership that already has a bad service reputation and poor work ethic.
Outstanding Service!! - Mark1975
My wife and I were traveling to the lake Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and my truck started to overheat. I called Larry at Central Missouri Tire to see if there was anyway they could look at it. He said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help. He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home...
Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

Vehicle Purchase - exsalesguy
First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive.
Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. Thank-you Jimmy Mitchel Motors and THANK-YOU Kiefer Scroggins!!!!!!!
No like all the other car dealerships. - CaitlinG
My luck hasn’t been the greatest the past couple of months. It has been one bad thing after another. I was involved in a car accident, and my car was totaled out. I was put in a rental until the other persons insurance evaluated my vehicle. I knew the rental was only going to last for so long. I couldn’t let this car accident mess with my every day life. Therefore; I was proactive on the vehicle searching.
A week after the car accident, I went to look at a 2013 Mazda CX-5. I educated my self about this vehicle, I read the whole history on that carfax. I got to the dealership, none of the sales people chased me down. I actually had to go inside and ask for assistance. My salesperson was Mark Kleve, a wonderful man. The dealership just got the vehicle, Mark didn’t know everything about the it...which was perfectly acceptable. We took the vehicle out for a spin. I was sold!
So a couple days go by and Mark calls me. It was listed for $11,400. Not a bad price, even Kelly Blue Book agreed. Doesn’t hurt to try and knock the price down, right? Well... no budge. I was okay with that, because of KBB. Couple more days go by, and I kept finding myself looking back at that vehicle. I called Mark up, and told him that I want that Mazda. I advised him that my credit isn’t the greatest and I had no co-signer. What were my options? Mark got me in touch with their finance manager; Kim. Straight out of the gates, Kim was awesome. She was very helpful and acomadating. I put a little money down to hold the vehicle, giving the insurance time to write a check. The insurance did everything wrong and it took a few weeks to get the check.
Kim and Mark were easy going, helpful, understand, and not pushy. They made this process more pleasant, thank you. And thank you to the Lou Fusz, for holding the vechine for much longer than promised. I will refer your business to everyone and anyone. Thank you! I’m so glad I got to take the Mazda home today!
