Was looking for a new 2017 silverado duramax ltz,z71, all they could get me was a ltz , said they could make it a z71 @ the dealer. That was the deal breaker. They are a JOKE!
no help whatsoever - not impressed
took my 2009 chevy suburban in for an explanation and possible fix for code U0078. they drove the vehicle and got it to throw a transmission code but could not find the problem. car would randomly cycle the door locks, the gauge cluster would go crazy, it would lose its speed, and the braking system would put you into the windshield if you touched the pedal. asked them what the problem could be and they had no clue. GM put a bulletin out for a problem like this, 08-07-30-021E. this bulletin sounds exactly like my problems but they are obviously not interested in trying to help fix the problem. they seem to be a lazy and stuck up company. offered to trade it off for something else and they offered 5000 for the vehicle. I am sick of these obviously crooked and mechanically unintelligent morons. I will fix it myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

now understand the negative reviews! I gave them one star because that is the only way that I could write a review. I wish I would have taken heed to the negative reviews. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. These are the most dishonest people that I have ever met! These people sold us a vehicle and we were told that the taxes were included in the financing. We live in Wyoming so they delivered the vehicle to us upon their insistence because we were going to pick it up. They brought the vehicle to us. While signing the salesperson was in a hurry to back on the road for his four hour drive so he was rushing us through the signing of the contract. The salesperson told us that the taxes were including the financing because I told him that would be a deal breaker if it wasn't. He said, "l know and we took care of you. We will send you a check for $1,400." Now, it is time to plate our vehicle and we hadn't received a check. We call the dealership and ask where the check is and we are informed that we are not getting one because it was not included in the financing on the vehicle. But the dealership managed to include $1981.00 for some Permaguard that I didn't ask for or approve. Now, I see why the salesman was in such a hurry to get back to Montana and offered to deliver my vehicle to me. This company charged me $1981 (Permagurad) plus the $1,400 check they lied about equals a grand total of $3,381 they cost me. I talked to the sales manager, and finance manager and they called me and my husband liars and were extremely rude. I suggested we talked to the salesperson and conveniently he no longer works there. These people will say anything to get your business. Their word is not their bond, a hand shake means nothing to them. They will lie without a conscious! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY TO A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP!!! They use the "BAIT and SWITCH" tactic. The person that handles their webpage will write some lame response as they did with other negative reviews to pacify others who might read this. Don't fall for their lies. RUN

Our experience with Hardin Chevrolet resulted from an auto accident we incurred 25 miles from Hardin. We ran into a herd of deer on I-90 with two of the deer striking and disabling our vehicle. Since the accident occurred after business hours, we had our suburban towed to the Hardin dealership and parked in their backlot. The next morning we walked the four blocks from our motel to the dealership at 7:30 am to see if it could be fixed. Needless to say, our experience with Hardin Chevrolet was wonderful. Everyone we worked with from the service dept, to the front desk, to the sales staff and finally the owner went the extra mile to help us out. The treatment we received was far above and beyond what we could have expected. Our car was immediately moved into the shop and temporary repairs were done, at a very reasonable price, to allow us to drive our vehicle back to our hometown 600 miles away. Unfortunately, the transmission had more serious internal issues which prevented any long distance driving. The people at the dealership then offered a car to get us to Billings, Mt where we could rent a car. The owner, Jamey Eisenbarth, also made a personal offer to sell us a new or used vehicle at his cost recognizing that our vehicle was close to, if not a total loss. He then gave us a vehicle to test drive and to take to lunch downtown over the noon hour. Meanwhile, Brad, one of the sales people, spent a couple of hours with my wife looking at possible vehicle options. Later that day, we were able to make arrangements to have our vehicle transported back to Fargo and to have a rental car agency pick us up in Hardin. The staff at Hardin Chevrolet helped us remove and stow our car top carrier in our Suburban in preparation for the transport as well as helped us unload our vehicle. Finally, Karen, at the front desk, took pictures of damaged vehicle parts and sent them to us for review by our insurance csompany. Overall, a great experience under a very stressful situation. Kudos to Hardin Cheevrolet and their staff!! This small town dealership has definately set the bar higher for the big city dealerships!! We received wonderful personal service! Great Job!!
