I was looking for something specific and Ryan Dye helped me find the perfect pickup for me. He was very patient flexible to set up a test drive. Katie Rupp was awesome making sure I was contacted after I sent request for information through ft he website. She even made sure to help me when I got to the dealership. Ryan and Katie made the experience feel awesome, looking and buying the vehicle. Then to top it off Milt in Finance is fun spirited, great personality, and genuinely cares for your business! Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did.
Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free.
It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits.

The car had a major problem just a few days after purchasing it. We tried contacting WOODHOUSE just wanting help but the initial customer service told us that there was nothing that they could do for us. We did a lot of research and took the car in a few places until deciding to take it to VW Baxter where they took care of the problem for us. I was surprised to receive a call from woodhouse after the car was fixed wanting to find ways to compensate us for the time wasted, inconvenience, frustrations etc that the car and the company might have created us. long story short, all you need to know, is that they surprised me in a very positive way by making up for us not being happy with the company even when they didn't needed. You expect a good company to go above average service and that's exactly what they did and provide. The way the handled it showed me that they do care about the customer after the sale and that's really rare now days.
