We were towed into Anderson Ford from I 80 on Our way from British Columbia to Connecticut! We were in a tough spot.
Alex, the service advisor, took care of us and vehicle unlike any other service advisor anywhere! She had my truck in a bay and an awesome tech Ray, on it right away. He diagnosed the problem within an hour and showed me that I lost a turbocharger. They had the parts the next day and I picked up the truck at 5:00 pm. Absolutely great service! My wife had a phone interview she needed to make and the staff in the waiting area gave her a conference room. They also shuttled us back and forth to our hotel.

We were traveling in a rented Expedition and decided that we really liked the vehicle. We spent the night in North Platte, NE and noticed Bull Summers Ford. We walked around the lot at night and looked at their Expedition/Navigator inventory. Compared to some other dealerships that we have looked at since, they had a great selection. We went back the next day and talked to Rich who really took care of us. We found a slightly used 2019 Navigator L and fell in love with it. We worked out a deal pretty quick and had a lot of fun with the finance team then drove the like-new Navigator home...Which is in Indiana!

As a repeat customer at the 65th & L St. Lincoln location I went to the new Lincoln location for an oil change on my two vehicles. I called and made the appointments for 8am with the second vehicle following the first. We dropped off the fist vehicle and asked for a call so we could come back and switch vehicles. I waited for 1hr and 15min and drove back thinking they would surely have the first vehicle done. To my surprise they hadn't touched the vehicle!
I asked what was going on and they said "I was next in line". I then asked why I made an appointment if it wasn't followed. No response came. I then asked how much longer would it be before the second vehicle was serviced. The response was "there are two vehicles ahead of it". I then asked if they would provide a loaner. No was the response.
Long story short, I had the first vehicle serviced and told them to forget the second! I waited another half hour before my vehicle was done and then left. I will not be back!
I had similar issues with the 72nd St. Woodhouse location. I stopped going there. Now I have to find a reputable location to do my service. I would not recommend either of these two locations as well as the Plattsmouth Woodhouse location.
It seems Woodhouse has forgotten what good service does in keeping repeat customers. That comes from a customer of nearly 45 years.

Bought a car in April and was misled by my concerns of the car at the time of purchase. sherry promised my family of 5 would fit in a Rogue (no I didn’t have all the kids with) and she also told me the remote start would be similar to the one I had in my Ford. They have wasted so much of my time on this matter and each time Nick has been trying to get me to spend more $ than I am now with a car I absolutely hate ....which by the way will NOT fit a family of 5 and the remote start is a joke. Sherry and Nick have tried nothing to right the situation and I do NOT recommend anyone buy a car from Sid Dillon....they do not know how to make a customer happy and satisfied.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

We purchased our Lincoln from here. Thomas was excellent as our salesman. He wasn't pushy, he answered all our questions. I purposely took my time to purch, they didn't harass us to buy. They searched for all possible rebates and discounts. It was nice for a change to feel like you got a good buy on a vehicle and not feel ripped off. I highly recommend this dealership.

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did.
Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free.
It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits.
I can not say enough good things about this dealership.
