The whole team and Steamboat Motors was absolutely amazing! The whole process was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Jacqueline took her time to make me feel welcomed and valued. She didn't lie to me or try to hide anything. She was very up front about everything which I loved! We actually ended up driving 2 hours further and went with the vehicle through them because of how well they treated us. When we got there they met us at the door and knew who we were and greeted us as we were family. While we were signing paperwork Jacqueline even sat with our son and colored and made him also feel very welcomed. The whole experience was so different and amazing compared to all the experience we have ever had before at other places. Very grateful and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

Above and beyond customer service!. I wanted to examine the undercarriage of used Lincoln but was held up in heavy traffic so did not arrive at dealership till almost closing time. Steve from the Kwik Lube department stayed an hour past closing time of service department to accommodate me. Oscar from sales also had to wait for me to show the ca.r, so he to was after closing time to show me this vehicle.He did any excellent job of explaining the vehicle, including pointing out a potential problem with the back up cam. No pressure sales, a very positive experience. Oscar delivered my car 160 plus miles from dealership and explained the car to my wife. Thus saving me trying to muddle through it. Anderson can be proud to have Oscar and Steve as their associates. Good help is hard to find these days and these people would be hard to replace! would recommend this dealership to all. Just wish they were closer as they would then have all my business.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

Then when they got caught, it was a honest mistake.
Either ways, they were being deceptive to make a profit or didn't do their due diligence.
Is that the kind of business you want to put your hard earned money with?
Lots of other dealers will give you the respect and honesty you deserve. Not this one.

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did.
Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free.
It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits.
I can not say enough good things about this dealership.
