Such an incredible, fast and extremely pleasant leasing experience. All staff were amazing to work with. Special shout out to Tristian and Franklin! What I liked most is they don’t work on commission, so the morale and energy of the dealership was so calm and friendly compared to others. I will be back for my next car for sure!

She bought a bought a Hyundai.Kona everybody was so friendly Trina Dowe was real great to work with we couldn't ask for anybody else very pleasant to talk to very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. It was a wonderful experience when we bought the car and we love it.

This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could hope for when in search of a new or used car.The moment we arrived, instead of being "attacked" by a swarm of sales people, we were warmly greeted by Chu Lassor, who encouraged us to take our time and look around and that she would be right there, should we have any questions. No pressure, no sales pitches, she just gave us the chance to look at the extensive inventory on our own. We found a few semi-finalists and then sat with Chu. She offered knowledgeable info about color choices, trim levels and was just so great at helping us to find the vehicle that was perfect and the Sales Mgr. was just as polite and easy going and it was clear that this was a family atmosphere where they are not just trying to make a sale. It is worth the drive from anywhere to actually be treated like a friend and now I know why and how Hampton Ford Hyundai earns so many 5 star reviews, so here's one more. My car was beyond clean and Chu helped us out so much and is such a sweet person. I will absolutely return for future cars, service and just to say "hello". Sincerely, Glenn Witkum Salem NH

Service department NEVER answers the phone. - Kris M.

Service department NEVER answers the phone. When we want an update on our car - which has been there for a month- we have to drive over and check on it in person. Once you get there, someone might offer to help you - or you might wait for a very long time before anyone says a word to you. One day we were there, another woman was yelling at them because she had had to drive in from Boston to check on her car. They say they give out loaners - but NEVER have one available. They lie about everything - told us our car was good to go and then the engine failed two days later - and now have had it for a month! General manager - Nate - was totally unapologetic - and refused to give us an extended warranty or stand by the "service" that they just performed - claiming that all warranties are given by Hyundai - and the dealership "can't do anything" about that. Also - why are Hyundai engines so bad!? This is the SECOND one they've put in - I don't trust them and I will NEVER buy another Hyundai - AND the dealership should be ashamed of their abysmal treatment of customers!!!!!
