Nashua Hyundai sold me a car but they then told me they could not give it to me. They had no title for it Nate Green, General Manager, refused to cancel sale. He refused to give me the name of his superior. He said I would just have to wait as long as it took to locate the title. Then he Hung Up on me. Would he have used bully tactics if I had been a man instead of an older woman?
I didn't spend 15k to have to replace brakes - Lupie58
After going for my 2nd service appointment was told I needed to replace brakes, am not a happy camper. Called multiple times left several messages. no one called.
Brand new motor - Shartley4
The motor in my sonata died and what could have been horrible turned out to be a great experience. Hyundai was able to give me a brand new motor and the folks at Irwin got it installed and back to me in record time. All the staff in the service department were great to deal with and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have visited this dealership several times in the past few years. Although I have not yet decided on what my next vehicle is going to be, I feel compelled to write about the 1st class treatment I have ALWAYS received at Grappone Hyundai. Starting from a friendly greeting upon entering the showroom, I can usually find myself behind the wheel of my chosen vehicle within a few minutes. Upon returning from my test drive, I'm met by my sales rep who is well armed with product knowledge and enthusiasm. Moving on to issues of pricing, leasing versus buying, current promotions and rebates, I am treated like an intelligent adult, never feeling manipulated or pressured. During my most recent visit, I met with Sarah Emery. On this occasion she spent approximately 3 hours with me while I test drove 2 vehicles, and she researched my lease on my current vehicle to determine its' current value. Having worked in automotive sales for several years, as well as the service side of the business I have to say that Sarah, and Hyundai Grappone are the benchmark of customer service!

Once they sell u the car good luck for any service u need after it. It 90% of the time a pass the buck game. The ONLY good thing about that dealership was the woman who sold me the car Nancy. It's unfortunate that from the time I purchased my vechile there in 2013 that the service department is still just as uncoordinated, rude, and irresponsible. If your looking for a complete expereince which includes quality service after the car has been sold to you, this is not the place.

The sales people were absolutely obnoxious. I stated several times I was just looking. First sales person backed off a little. Second sales person then kept at me and told be that if I'm on the lot looking he has to be there talking to me. I said no problem and left. I got in my vehicle and the general manager knocks on my window to ask what he can help with. I tell him how rude his sales people are and he proceeds to ask what I'm looking to buy. I said nothing here.
