No Pressure Sales Staff - KarlaM
I would highly recommend Key Hyundai of Salem. Very straight forward sales staff, no pressure tactics. They are very welcoming and take the time to explain the vehicle and all its features.
I'm very happy with my purchase with their company.

Great Price - No pushy salespeople - dasilvase
My wife and I traded in 2 vehicles for a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited. We received a fair price for both old vehicles and a great deal on the new one. We are happy with the car so far. Time will tell ...

2019 Kona sold "as is" - goldengreyt
My sister, age 75, who has trouble thinking was sold a "new" 2019 Kona 2 wks. ago. The day after she bought it, I called and spoke with the general sales manager Joe on behalf of my sister. She realized one day later that she had made a mistake since there were issues with car that were not a good fit for her. She wanted to go to dealer, test drive other models, and perhaps get a better car for her. The manager refused. He yelled at me and told me NO! Yesterday, my sister found the sales agreement and told me it stated a two day guarantee --a "no worry" exchange clause. Now it is too late. Don't buy anything from this dealership unless you read *everything " thoroughly.....New car included. And don't fall for the high pressure, "this is the right car for you" sales pitch. Buyer Beware.
Painless!!! - gnieves77
I absolutely hate going to the dealers to purchase a car but the experience at Nashua Hyundai was incredible. My wife recently started to work as our kids have all grown up and are mostly on their own. Knowing that she may have not built up her credit we dreaded going to speak to the dealership but we decided to take a chance. Went in and spoke to Joe Dolan and he insured us he would be able to get something done. He gathered some basic information and went off. Within a few minutes he came back with David Ritter and everything was flawless from that point on. David took care of everything from start to finish. He picked the perfect car for my wife. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past but none compare to Nashua Hyundai and I have never dealt with a top notch salesman such as David Ritter. Thank you David for taking care of us!!!
The worst experience I've ever had buying a car - Vic2323
They lied said they had me approve made me drive up there for nothing show me cars that I didn't even want the worst
Not a bad place - Stevebeans
After some amazing correspondence with their internet salesperson, Tina, I decided to give this place a shot over a closer Hyundai dealership. They offered a fair amount for the car we were interested in, so we went to give it a shot.
The salesperson, Unchu, was very friendly and helpful. We took the Kona for a test ride and began the negotiating process. I've done a ton of research on that car and the price and will say their initial offer was reasonable. I set the bar high for our trade, but they actually offered right around what kbb and truecar was predicting. It was lower than I wanted, but not an insult offer by any means.
In the end, a deal was not made, but I fully admit it's because I am far more picky than the normal customer. I will only buy a new car if the offer is simply too good to say no, but even as a super picky person, I will say that negotiating with them wasn't painful and their offer was fair.
If you are interested in Hyundais, I would definitely recommend popping in.
Sales people - Deborahcooleu1960
The sales people were absolutely obnoxious. I stated several times I was just looking. First sales person backed off a little. Second sales person then kept at me and told be that if I'm on the lot looking he has to be there talking to me. I said no problem and left. I got in my vehicle and the general manager knocks on my window to ask what he can help with. I tell him how rude his sales people are and he proceeds to ask what I'm looking to buy. I said nothing here.
