Blown off after purchase - zorba14
The lens cover to the instrument panel had a crack on this inside. I called the salesman to have it replaced. He handled my call appropriately, asking when I could bring it in. I told him I was going out of town and would bring it in after I got back, which I did. Service looked at it and the salesperson told me he had to talk to his manager, who was not in that day, and would call me back when he knew what they were going to do about it since it was a $2,000 part. Over a week later, he had not called me back, so I called him and left a message. He called me right back and asked me to schedule an appointment to get it switched out. So, living an hour away, I brought it back in for a 2nd time. No one even said they were sorry it had happened. I asked service if I could speak to the manager when I first came in. I waited for the car for 1.5 hours and never saw the manager. When the car was ready, I asked again and the manager finally came over. He was not sorry either. I hadn't even had the car for a week. I thought he should have at least given me a $25 gas card for all of my travel and time spent on this. I understand that things happen, even to a new car, however at least I could have gotten a "sorry" and not been blown off in finding out what they were going to do about it (the original indication was that it was not a covered item!) and then by the manager. I had put $10,000 down on the car, so 1/2 of it is mine. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not be going back. They would have had my business for an automatic car starter and future buyers.

2nd vehicle I have purchased here within the past year. I know what to expect and everything is always taken care of for around my schedule and based on what I need. I do not plan to purchase any additional vehicles now for quite a while, but I plan on coming back down the road when I need to purchase another.

This was the first car that I bought, at Hyundai of Keene. I was looking for a good, used car, and I originally spent a few nights, reviewing vehicles at the Fenton Family Dealerships website. I wanted a car that was a few years old, and I feel that Hyundai of Keene has cars that are very reasonably priced. I emailed the dealership (quite a few times) with inquiries, and they always responded quickly with helpful information- I felt like they were really trying to help me find just the right car. When I visited the dealership, Dave Lamontagne was the first person I spoke to. Dave is a friendly, knowledgeable, non-pressuring sales associate, and he was ready to show me several vehicles, if need be. He devoted a great deal of his time to make sure that all of my needs were met. The other staff members and associates that I dealt with were equally as helpful and courteous. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, and it's a great SUV! It really felt like a family atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

would never buy any vehicle from this dealer went in to purchase a truck they were rude !then they try to give me a trade in 5,000 less than what my vehicle trade in value was.Then once I left they raised the price of the truck $5,000 buy beware of this dealership.
