Outstanding Sales and Service Experience We had an excellent experience with Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua from start to finish. We recently purchased a 2025 Volvo XC40 on a Friday, and the buying process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Two days later, while driving the vehicle, the check engine light unexpectedly came on. I called the service department and was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They told me I could bring the car in immediately. Although I wasn’t able to come in until the next day, they were extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule. They provided a rental vehicle so I could get to work, completed the repair the very same day, and even washed the car before I arrived to pick it up. The repair was fully covered under warranty, so there was no charge. I have genuinely never experienced service this good—especially so soon after purchasing a vehicle. The entire team was professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused. I highly recommend Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua for both sales and service.

Have purchased many vehicles over the years; however, my recent experience purchasing a used vehicle at Volvo Cars of Exeter was extraordinary. Professional, knowledgable, & fair; courteous staff (Henri was great, with timely responses to outstanding questions); and attention to detail which went over and above expectations (i.e. cargo cover, floor mats, touch up on the hood, rear wiper, vehicle detail all taken care of) ~ the car sparkled when I arrived~! The smoothest & and most stress-free buying experience I've ever had~ a true example of a great car buying experience. Will be returning to Volvo Cars of Exeter for future vehicles ~ highly recommend!

The original deal was satisfactory, including the Volvo 12 year warrantee against rust through. However, it was rusted through and Volvo failed to honor it - and Volvo Keene was no help...at all!

They had my Volvo XC 90 R Design in their shop for over 4 - RDesign

They had my Volvo XC 90 R Design in their shop for over 4 weeks and could not diagnose the source of water intrusion, front end clunking noise and failed to reassemble the front passenger seat correctly after installing heating element. Additionally the right rear door storage been was broken. I left 2 messages on their voice mail over several days with no call back.

This dealership is a gross and scammy place. Do not trust the salesman, he tried to sell my wife a Volvo and when I went to pick it up I found tons of big issues with it that were no disclosed. The car was disgusting, like kids had just been in a road trip in it and the fenders were falling off. Scott was full of excuses, and Merrimack has made us question volvo as a whole if they are willing to represented by places like that.
