Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I was running errands Sunday afternoon, and my car died in the CVS parking lot. Called my dealer but they were closed, so I walked down to the Arlington garage hoping they could help. Adam dropped everything , drove me back to my car, and jump-started it. Then I brought it to the garage where they tested and replaced the battery. I was back running errands in less than an hour total!

I bought a Suzuki SX4, I absolutely loved it. We then bought a different vehicle, then traded that one for 2 o the Mitsubishi Mirage's. One for us and one for our children. We bought the higher grade one and then we bought one with lesser features on it for the children. The one for the children runs excellent, the more expensive one was for myself and my husband. It is nothing but a piece of crap. For being more money, we have had nothing but trouble with it. The dealership was useless and we even contacted the company and nothing was even done with them after making yet another trip from Jay to Plattsburgh. I will never buy another vehicle from these people again. Their word doesn't go anywhere with me. I have no use for any of their dealerships, whichever brand they sell. I would not buy a car from them if they were the last dealer in the world. Their word sucks.

Scott Takacs was able to order electrical relays that were not in stock at any Jeep dealers or auto parts stores in the area or online either. He had the parts at 8 AM the next day. Even gave me discount pricing as well. Very friendly to work with. He took the time to look up the parts on the phone which I am sure can be difficult, especially when they have customers waiting for service in the store. Will defiantly go back for Mopar parts for quality and price and good service.

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine"
I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM
was unable to correct the problem.
I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem.
After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced.
I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me.
I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.
