"I advise you to avoid this car dealership. Nowadays, there are numerous options available to purchase a reliable vehicle, whether new or used. However, this dealership still follows the old and unethical practices of taking advantage of customers, just like in the 70s. I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th anniversary edition from them, and when I took it for the first oil change, I noticed that the front end was shaking while braking. Upon investigation, I was informed that I needed new tires and couldn't do a tire rotation because the tires were in bad condition, despite the fact that I had purchased the vehicle less than five months ago. They are refusing to address the issue, and as a result, I am operating a vehicle that is unsafe—a vehicle they sold to me, fully aware of its condition.

Dealer rater please fix your system, this is the third time I'm writting the same review. My leased Hyundai Tuscon had a check engine light and I called Hyundai 112. First available appointment was in 2 weeks and first available loaner in about 2 months. This is not what was advertised. I called Hyundai Centereach and Marissa Riviera was very helpful and polite. Scheduled a next day appointment. I dropped the car off and they found the probelm first thing in the morning. Ordered the part, some switch which took a couple of days to arrive. They installed it asap, updated software, recalibrated and the car is now up and running. Thank you Marissa Riviera, Greg Briones, Ryan Woiosin, John Lane and a lovely girl at the cashier counter. (sorry if I misspelled any names). Service was under warranty and free. Highly recommed their service! Happy Easter!

Drop the car off and you’ll always get the “Hi Marshall this is Joe at Garvey Hyundai North you can text me anytime during your Service visit” don’t waste your time they won’t respond. You can call Garvey and they will get you over to service, they won’t answer and Don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t return your calls. You need to keep calling until they get sick of you than they will “Try to get answers”. Brought up an issue to the Service Department 10/16 and its now 11/21 and this hasn’t been correct all they had to do was order a new Part and install it its plastic it breaks I get it but a MONTH to get it Resolved! This Service is the one of the Reason I will not be buying another Vehicle From Garvey Hyundai North!

Here we are TWO MONTHS LATER!!!! Had to pay an additional almost $500 for two new back tires and an alignment AFTER I HAD THIS COMPLETED by them in the first place! WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! You won't find this under my name, KIA. It's my mother's vehicle! Telling her that she knocked her car out of alignment in 2 months! My mother is a cautious driver who avoids potholes and slows down for railroad tracks. I, on the other hand, am a reckless driver. I hit all kinds of potholes, and I don't slow down for railroad tracks, and I take hills like you wouldn't believe. I got my tires elsewhere a month before her and they are still looking brand new! You guys are DISGUSTING! Taking advantage of people!

Service advisors are very nice, they provide a loaner (if you have very advance notice), and they'll provide a ride share home from the dealership. However, that's where the positives end. Their hourly labor rate is $450!! That is 3x the amount of most mechanics on LI and twice as much as another Volvo dealer! Their charges for work that "might" need to be done is outrageous. Please do your research. Check parts prices, check with your local mechanic, and check another Volvo dealership for service. DO NOT use Huntington! You will go broke to maintain your vehicle.

I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. But this time was very different. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them!

Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork. Sales department is good, the related collision shop is terrible. The first time we were there they told us three days for repairs when we dropped it off. After 5 days I called and gal said "We have your car?'" After a long delay, gal gets back on the phone and says "It will be ready in three days." This vehicle had roof damage from the car carrier - major repair. We picked it up late evening in the dark at their request, noticed the damage the next morning later when we looked down at it. Now we need to have something fixed. During one of the repairs they had to take out the iterior molding, and put it back with a piece cracked off. This vehicle is a 2024 Telluride with very low mileage - and we didn't notice the poor interior workmanship until we had a car full of people and I was in the back seat. Their response to a request to fix it was how do we know you didn't break it, and you took too long to notice it was broken. We also had to have the back gate repaired as the lift gasket kept falling off. Additionally, many recalls. My advice is too look EVERYTHING over with a fine tooth comb. Please note this review is for the Northtown collision center that Northtown Kia sends you to.. The service center is better although not without problem. When we called to schedule a recall- adjustable front seat has the potential to start on fire, the gal on the phone said we had to bring it in to be looked at and if they decided it needed the recall, then we could schedule an appointment. We live a considerable distance away. The service department, upon hearing this said that is insane and took care of everything while we wee there.

It was quite cold - single diigits or low teens in the morning, Remote start wouldn;t work and I got a low coolant message when I started it when the temp was below 12F Called Romeo and was told to stop by for them to check it and top it off. I didn't have an appointment so we had to wait a little, but they checked it out and topped off the coolant at no charge, Everyone was friendly and helpful, AND they have excellent coffee and snacks. They save me a lot of anxiety, and I am very grateful for the service. Nice to run into a dealer that has old-style values and treats even new (and not lucrative) customers so well, Thank you

I went in to the dealership for an oil change. I asked if the car would pass inspection in 2 months because mine was almost up. They said I definitly needed 3 new tires. Next thing you know I'm talking to a salesman Anthony Dee. An hour later we hammered out a deal for an EVEN trade for another car. I had a Dodge Caravan and traded for a Mazda 3. and they even gave me a check for $1000 I LOVE MY NEW CAR.

I bought my 2022 F250 in for the Bed Camera not working intermittently. I met with Mike (Service Manager) My fault I was going to leave it there for the day. I then decided I would wait for them to diagnose the problem. I put Mike in a tight spot to do this. Mike is a very big advocate for Customer Service and had to take care of people ahead of me. Hey strategically worked things around to keep everybody happy. Not only did his team diagnose the problem but fixed for me so I didn’t have to go back. Anybody can and do one thing at a time, and he could held me off. He didn’t he did it all !! That’s what I call a manager that solves problems. Now that Outstanding Service !!! Romeo don’t loose this guy! He has the toughest job at the dealership. As we all know 99% of the time we have issues and need service Mike is who deals with this.

*BUYER BEWARE* Just a PSA regarding Greenwich Ford. A few weeks ago, I hit a pothole that caused damage to a vehicle I purchased at Greenwich Ford. When I purchased the vehicle, I purchased an extended warranty. I reached out to them to see if the damage would be covered. While my guess was that it wouldn't be covered, I had seen references from people regarding this issue with my model of vehicle that had been covered by Ford. And so I emailed them, explaining the situation and including a picture. They requested that I bring the car in so they could determine how much, if anything would be covered under the warranty. My wife dropped the car off and when she picked it up, they charged us a $200 "diagnostic fee" just to tell us that damage by a pothole is not covered as it is considered an act of God. This is something that could have been disclosed without a visit to Ford "for a diagnosis". And no fee for diagnosing this was ever disclosed to me. It is a shame that Greenwich Ford does business in this fashion. I do NOT recommend that anyone does business with a company that engages in such shady practices.
