This is our 3rd vehicle purchased at Perrysburg Auto Mall. Justin did an amazing job helping us pick out our new Atlas. He was never in a hurry even though it was past their closing time. When we picked the vehicle up, he spent a significant amount of time explaining all the features and even went the extra mile to tell us to text or call anytime with questions. I would highly recommend him. The only downfall of the whole experience was when we had settled on a price, he told me they had gotten my payment where we needed it to be, and it was only 1 cent into the range. So literally $9.99 cents over what we had expected, and we didn't find that out until we met with Candy in financing. Seems minor but over the length of the loan its $600.00

I’ve driven Volvos since 1980 and have had them serviced by MAG for most of those years. Just had the 60,000 mile maintenance done today on my 2018 S90. Kyle, the service manager, and Caleb, the assigned mechanic, both did an excellent job of communicating what they planned to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost, Everything was done professionally and timely. Another great experience with MAG Volvo servicing!

We went in to look at a specific vehicle. Mike Wilcox had it pulled up to the front door, ready for us to take for a test drive. It was priced appropriately and we did not have to go back and forth haggling like other dealerships. Mike was super low pressure but took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle. Needless to say, about an hour later we were signing the paperwork to finalize the deal. Great experience! This will be the first place I check the next time I’m in the market for another vehicle.

Not good. Bought two cars from them. The first time when I went to pick up the car it wasnt ready. Dirty, no gas. They just gave it to me that way. Second time they didnt have the car ready (after 3 days notice). I wound up going elsewhere. Service not much better. First car had to bring back 5 times for same check engine light. Never did fix it. Second car was in for a 12 month service. They failed to secure the oil pan drain plug and a quart and a half of oil leaked onto my brand new driveway when I got home. I expect that from Jiffy Lube. Not here.
