Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replacement of the window. I am forever thankful to them for helping us salvage our vacation. I was in a bit of a bind, and was able to stop in on a urgent, almost emergency, visit this last Saturday. Karissa, if I remember correctly, from service was amazeballs, and so was the tech. I squeezed in for a safety check on my brakes I had just replaced Wednesday at my local Mazda, 4 hours away. I had really bad brake smell, like burning brakes, not good. The tech had 20 hours or so of work, but again, they squeezed me in right at his lunchtime. I also was in a time crunch to make it to my granny's 100th birthday, an hour away. Turns out, the brake cable tension wasn't right, and the tech adjusted things, no charge and got me on my way. I honestly cannot say enough about how much of a god send they were. Seriously, I need to send cookies or something. And they potentially saved my life, as well as others.

Over the years Stephan in the service department has taken care of all of my repairs and maintenance for my 2006 Subaru. This last time was no exception, and he fit me in quickly and set me up with a rental car because I live so far away. My car was quickly back on the road and has been problem free since. I know that when I take my car in, I will get an honest quote and it will be repaired correctly and that has offered me a lot of peace of mind. Stephan has been the guy that keeps me coming back any time my car is in need of maintenance or repair, and he has done the same for my sister and my parents who both own Subarus. I would highly recommend talking to him for any of your maintenance/repair needs.

He went above and beyond. He had them prioritized my CX 9. He not only had us back on the road in an hour, but was able to get the cost covered by the tire warranty. Braylon saved our trip and is an awesome team member. I look forward to working with him in the future we my car needs service.

There was a strong chemical smell from the cleaning which Hannah Reyes dealt with directly and professionally and offered several suggestions as well as additional services to address the issue. She did a good job. The odor has since lessened considerably.

Been trying to get a person on the phone for FIVE DAYS. Nobody will answer the phone or return calls from voice mails left. Pretty bad. I’ve tried every extension, sales, parts, business office, Operator and especially SERVICE, where I am trying to communicate with. Cannot see how a car dealership can run without answering the phone EVER, not once. Had my car towed there last night finally, left a note with the tow truck driver who called me back when he delivered my car and said he gave it to a service advisor name Billy, still no call. It’s now near the end of business the next day (day six) still absolutely no human interaction. Wonder if I will need to send another tow truck to pick up my jeep and find another place. Lithia Jeep of Eugene…BEWARE
