Michelle in the service department is great! - Erin
We always have a wonderful experience with Michelle Fister in your Kia service department. She has the best customer service skills. She works her butt off to provide the very best experience. She treats you like family. She never forgets who you are and knows everything about you. She is always happy, nice, personable, honest, caring and just a funny gal. There ought to be more Michelle's in the world. She would make a fantastic trainer for your new employees. We also enjoyed Roger O'Kane as our sales guy. He was great. He was very knowledgeable. He didn't hard sell us which I appreciate. He just calmly explained everything to us and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend your dealership along with Michelle and Roger to all my friends and family. We love our KIA. Thank you and keep up the good work! I'm still waiting for the survey to be emailed to me so I can complete it and return. When do you send those out? How many days after servicing the car?
Happy customer - 2016myride
Went to dealership with my 2017 Kia Forte for an oil change and talked to Anthony about the pretty showroom car. Then I told him my situation with my forte which I loved very much but was just a starter car. He then told me that he would be more than happy to help me upgrade. He took all my information and sat down with the finance end of it and in no time I drove away in exactly the car I wanted

Although I wasn't feeling confident in getting the vehicle I've been wanting that they actually had, tracy and the rest of his team did all they possibly could to guarantee that I get the vehicle. It worked! I'm walking out with the vehicle of my dreams today thanks to Tracy and the rest of the team! Amazing job all😁 and thank you again for everything.

Inability to negotiate - rmvb619
I spoke with the sales department for months about the vehicle for my family which one worked, I told them I would prefer to shop local and compared the prices to other dealers and they refused to budge at all and I had to travel all the way to Altoona to get a reasonable deal, I would avoid this place unless you like paying extra for your vehicle

Haha what a joke Kia of Langhorne, PA is first of all we... - Chris and Donna S. Levittown, PA
Haha what a joke Kia of Langhorne, PA is first of all we have a 2016 Kia Sorrento that we purchased from Kia of Langhorne our third Kia from this dealership. 98k miles later we needed the engine replaced so Kia gladly replaced the engine. We asked Kia to get the car appraisal so we could decide if we want to train in towards a new vehicle at Kia. They said our car is worth $1500 bucks what a joke I have a 20 yr old mustang GT that got more money from Kelly BB. We will keep the car and deal with another car dealership thanks but no thanks Kia and Fred Beans of Langhorne.
Leaking Sun Roof - schaffg
I purchased a 2016 Kia Serento for Gateway Kia in July 2019. It only had 28,000 miles. It had a sunroof and I was not told it was an after market sunroof. They told me they don't have to disclose that. They didn't even check it for leaks before it was put on the lot. I notice in February 2020 that the sunroof was leaking. I contacted Gateway Kia and all they said is that there is nothing they can do for me, it was was a pre-owned car and it was wear and tear. It is now costing me $700 - $800 to get the leak fixed.
DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM GATEWAY KIA. THEY CAN CARELESS ABOUT YOU!!
Terrible Customer Service in Service - Amber Nickell
I have never been here, as I live in an entirely different state, and I have owned my KIA for 2 years. However, the previous owner of my vehicle used to have their service done here. When they took their new vehicle in April of this year, Cochran accidentally selected my vehicle, creating a "mileage inconsistency" on the carfax. Both myself and KIA Customer Service have been trying to get a copy of the service invoice so that we can verify it was not my car for a week, and NOONE will respond. They blow us off and send us to different voicemails, never responding. Their clerical error is going to cost me over $1500 on trade in, and I have never even set foot inside their doors. The customer service keeps giving me a run around saying "they scan every vehicle," and refuses to furnish any proof that a car was serviced there at all because we don't know the name of the person who had it serviced. Its baffling that they would rather believe I drove all the way to Pennsylvania from Indiana in the middle of quarantine to get my vehicle serviced at the place the first owner got it serviced and drove it back to Indiana (where we have Kia Service of our own) than that they made an error.

The Ford Service Department is horrible. I scheduled my service for December 18th for cam phaser replacement and as of January 2, 2020 it is still not done. SCOTT the service rep lied to me along the way as to when my truck would be done and the service manager Tony has been no help as he is making excuses. I really do not know how many hours the job should be, I was told 20-24 hours and the manager told me 11 hours. However, I was told they do not work on any vehicle exclusively because they don’t get paid for the actual time worked on the car. xxxxxxxx! Liars. Do not go to Fred Beans Ford for anything.
LIED to us about the car fax and past accident. - Jeepdriver
We bought a beautiful used Jeep there. They LIED to us!!! After 1.5 years we had terrible trouble with the Jeep. Engine light continually on. After being at the shop several times over 6 months we traded it in showing the next dealer all the repairs we had. The second dealer said they ran the vin and it was in an accident! Kia lies to us and said it never was in an accident. We would have never bought it. We were out a vehicle about 6 months and had to keep renting cars at enterprise. What a scam. We’ll never go there again!!!!
A few weeks ago while driving home I thought I had hit... - J.Overly
A few weeks ago while driving home I thought I had hit something, and found out a couple days later that it was my piston that busted and went through my engine block, and starter. My car has 92k miles on it. The service department told me that It's not covered under the 10yr/100k mi warranty because I'm not the original owner. I was told there was a bad spot in the barring. I am aware that my car has the 2.0 liter engine that several other models have had problems with that is under the class action lawsuit, and also with some help I was able to look up my VIN and see that either, my car had an engine replacement prior to me buying it, or someone used my VIN to cover up another car. I have purchased 3 cars through Smail Kia, and have had 3 others purchase cars through them because they have always taken care of me. 10yrs/100k miles should be covered no matter who owns it. Since Smail has been unwilling to help out a loyal customer I will not be purchasing another car through them, and I will also make sure that others looking for a car are aware of lack of customer service to loyal customers,

Came in for a warranty issue, my car was looked at in the time frame they said it would. Denise also helped me get reimbursed for my tow bill. I’ve worked with Denise in the past and she provides excellent customer service. Overall, a good experience.

Worst service department ever. This place used to be great but has rapidly and gone downhill. You couldn’t pay me to use this place again. The service department is a joke. The service manager Kathleen Must loose potential customers on a daily basis. Be warned, DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw it up and make you pay for it the next time your being the car in.
Avoid this service department - Dave V
Had engine failure on my 2012 Kia Sportage on 10-9-19 had the vehicle towed to Jim Shorkey Kia Irwin on 10-10-19. Was informed that engine failure was covered under warranty/recall and the next day picked up loaner vehicle. A few days later was contacted by service department that my air intake needed to be replaced which I approved them to do. On 10-18-19, received message late in the afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Arrived at dealership and signed paperwork for the air intake cost ($283) along with the paperwork the dealership needed to be signed for them to be reimbursed by Kia for the engine replacement. Started the vehicle and was pulling out of the dealership but saw that 4-5 dashboard indicator lights were illuminated. Thankfully I never left the dealership property (and that there are security cameras everywhere these days) and immediately pulled the vehicle back into the service bay entrance lane. Had service manager come out to see this and he said since late in the day they would have to investigate why this occurred either Saturday or Monday. They gave me keys back to loaner vehicle and I left. Several days later, I was told by one of the service personnel that all of the indicator lights were on due to a failed wheel sensor. This was very confusing to me since not only was this not occurring before the engine failure, but also raised the question as to why they informed me the vehicle was ready for pickup when obviously they would have had to notice 4-5 indicator lights were illuminated when they took the vehicle for a test drive after an engine replacement (I would assume they would drive a vehicle for a couple miles at least especially after replacing the engine??). The service manager gave no explanation as to why the vehicle was ready for pickup one day and then I'm told it will cost me ~$300 to replace the wheel sensor. He even floated the theory that possibly the sensor coincidentally happened to fail while it was at the dealership. Realized I was not going to get anywhere with the dealership to resolve this puzzling turn of events so initiated case with Kia directly. After escalating the case as high as it could go, was informed by Kia that due to the mileage on the vehicle (291,000) that the sensor was not under warranty. They did not even take into account of the events that had taken place or my offer to provide all documentation that I keep regarding the upkeep of the vehicle as well as the fact that it had passed inspection every year I owned it. To add insult to injury, I later found out that any out of pocket towing expenses were covered by Kia under the warranty claim. When I emailed all three service personnel a copy of my towing receipt and asked about how to be reimbursed, they called and left a message stating that they didn't even know the vehicle had been towed there. I contacted the local towing company to inquire if they would ever just unload a towed vehicle at this dealership and just drive away. Obviously they said that would never happen and that they always would give the key to someone in the service department. Emailed the service personnel again asking them if they normally note if a vehicle is towed in and also if they ask customers who are having an engine replacement under the warranty/recall if they have incurred any out of pocket towing expenses. It even states on my vehicle work order that "customer may be having vehicle towed". Never received a response from any of the three. Food for thought I'll leave it up to you the reader to decide how to interpret what happened to me and whether you decide to have your vehicle serviced by them.

They wouldn't fix the noise it went back 6 times used my warranty to fix things that they said would fix the noise and it wasn't. The general manager Todd is ignorant and told me if I got an attorney involved he would never touch my car or speak to me again and called my husband a liar. Come to find out they sold me a car that was wreaked and never told me. I was torn between 2 cars I ended with a car that was traded the same day I bought it and it was never gone over or anything.. This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with.
