My family has purchased 6 cars from this dealership over the years and we have always had our service done at this dealership. Recently I took my car in for an oil change, rotate the tires and alignment.
We have always had a great experience and Chuck Bernatowicz has always been professional and friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as he was able to provide me with a loaner car.
In all of the years I've been going here, I have never felt that I was taken advantage of with work being done that wasn't need. Everything is explained in detail and if something such as brakes, filters need to be done in the near future they let you know that. The sales staff and Chuck B. and the service staff are the reason my family will continue to buy cars and have "all" of our service done by this dealership!

Since we moved to Pennsylvania more than 20 years ago, I have been tormented by the inspection stickers. I have always asked for special attention to place the stickers straight and level and had mixed results. Yesterday I received the best results ever. Tom Cavanaugh made notes and even checked with me in the waiting room about placing the stickers lower and closer to roof pillar than the previous stickers. The Technician not only applied the stickers perfectly, he cleaned off the adhesive from the previous stickers.

I'm very dissatisfied with the Lincoln service plan at Maguire's Lincoln. I booked service through the Lincoln Way app 2 weeks ago and received confirmation all in email and on the app. On the day of pick-up, nobody showed up. I waited a half an hour to call. I spoke to a service representative and he stated that they were unable to pick my Aviator up that day, but could reschedule it for the next day. I again waited a half an hour past pick-up time and called Maguire's again to be told they "got busy". By me reminding them, they sent someone out within 15 minutes. The person showed up but didn't have a replacement Aviator for me. I called the Lincoln concierge through the app and explained how dissatisfied I was. Fortunately they were able to have a car delivered. The agreement when you buy a Lincoln is same model as you send for service. Today I have the compact SUV version. All of this after I called and complained. This dealership has let me down for the last time. Maybe even pushing me away from the brands. My wife has never had this issue at the Lexus dealer. As much as I don't like it, maybe its time to change to some automaker that really understands customer service.

Had a issue with a one year old ford truck and brought it to this dealer. They wanted to charge me to fix the issue so I reached out to ford. The dealer didn't like that. Even though we came to an agreement to fix the truck they refused service after they found out I spoke to ford about the issue. What a nightmare they caused me. Back and forth to the service center several times and they just sent me out the door. I would recommend another service center.

TOM MASANO IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP. I BOUGHT A 2017 FORD F150 LARIAT FULLY LOADED FOR OVER 40K AND THE TRUCK HAS BEEN BROKEN MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND THEY CANT FIX IT. THIS TIME MY TRUCK HAS BEEN THERE OVER 2 MONTHS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY CALLED ME TODAY TO PICK MY TRUCK UP AND THEY CANT FIX IT, PLEASE REMEMBER I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM AND STILL HAVE A FORD WARRANTY AND I BOUGHT THE AFTER MARKET WARRANTY AS WELL. SO I WAS TOLD THEY WILL TRADE IN THE TRUCK AT WHOLESALE AND TO DO THAT I MUST BUY ANOTHER AUTOMOBILE FROM THEM. Brought my truck due to a TERRIBLE suspension noise. Tech's diagnosis was leaf spring bushings worn. Expensive, but approved repair. A few days later I heard the noise again, so I pursued the issue myself and found the front wheel bearings were gone. No sooner had I fixed that issue, my Sync screen went out. Upon coming back to the dealership for the new issue, I informed them of what work I had to perform on my own. The service advisor, Amanda, called me back and informed me that the Service Manager had reviewed my complaint and waived all diag costs for the Sync screen. She then informed me that the labor to replace the screen would be waived as well! As one may imagine, I was elated! This is a perfect example of a Dealership maintaining its integrity and commitment to its customers. Thank you SO much!

My75 year old mother in law took in her 2018 Ford Transit Connect that she has owned since new with less than 20000 miles on it for the 15000 mile service. Between the oil change, air cleaner replacement ( was it needed?) and a wheel alignment ( was it needed, really?!) the bill was $500. In my opinion really took advantage of her.

I bought a 2015 chevy equinox used in 2017 and three weeks after I bought it..I heard a squeaking noise so brakes needed resurfaced and when I brought it to the salesman attention he told me what the measurements were on the brakes when I purchased the vehicle-took it back twice within the first month of purchasing for the same problem. Last year I took it back for a leaky sunroof and after their "water guy" fixed the leak it continues to happen with heavy rain..leaks at my feet and where the seatbelt meets the door. Their water guy is only in on Wednesdays so its very inconvenient..thought about trading it in for something else but owe too much on it.
About 6 years ago I purchased a 2006 chrysler 300 and after only putting 20k miles on it it needed a power steering rack. The car only had 25k miles on it to begin with so there's no way at 45k miles it should need a power steering rack.
After having trouble with my second car from them I will not purchase another vehicle from them

Took my 2018 f150 in for a recall for frozen door locks. They told me to drop off the truck in the am. I dropped it off the night before they told me it would take 3 hours. I went in at 4:00 the next evening and it wasn’t done. Told me it was going to be another 45 min. I had no place to go for 45 min or a way to get there anyway. Had to sit in waiting room till done with my mask on. Very uncomfortable. NOT HAPPY I believe it was Robert that waited on me when I went back to pick up my truck. He talked nice to me but it still didn’t help my experience Update. The day after the service the service manager call to apologize for the bad experience that I had.
