I was quickly greeted by Ramsey as soon as I pulled onto the lot. We looked and test drove a couple of cars, one being what I originally came to see. Long story short I drove off the lot with an awesome "new to me" suv. Ramsey was very helpful and told me to give him a call if I ever had any questions. I spent about 30min total. All in all it was a huge BLESSING and I'm very thankful in how it all fell into place.

I was in the market for a new Hyundai and the experience I had with Myrtle Beach Hyundai drove me to Lee Hyundai in Florence where I did purchase a new Elantra and had a pleasant, honest and up-front experience and saved over $4,000. I would not recommend Myrtle Beach Hyundai to anyone. The commercial says, "No games, no gimmicks...just great deals".....really? Better have someone re-write the commercial.

I bought a new 2015 Sonata from the Hyundai dealership on Rivers Ave. The service dept is horrible!! The service manager John is worthless! I have called numerous times but all I get is the run around. I cant no one to fix my car!! The fin is falling off the car, the sun shade is bubbling in back window..but they wont fix it and its under new car warranty! I call the lemon law ehere they try to help you with complaints. I am waiting to hear back from that..if not then I will have to hire a lawyer. The Rick Hendrick sold out the North Charleston service center and know one knows whos suppose to fix your car. Im calling live 5 news also. I have had enough! 3 months of run around! I am tired of this!!!

I would not recommend purchasing a used car from Hyundai of North Charleston. While the initial car-buying experience was fine, Hyundai of North Charleston has failed to follow through on their we-owe agreement after two months.
When I purchased my car, an interior door handle was broken. No problem, they agreed to fix it and signed a we-owe agreement. I was told that they would reach out to me when the part came in. After two weeks, I gave them a call because I had not heard anything, and they told me that in order to replace the part, they would need to do a bit more work and would get back to me. I attempted calling back several times over the course of the next few weeks, and got told by the receptionists (who were all very polite and tried to help) that my calls would be returned as soon as possible. I never heard back.
Finally, last week I tried calling yet again, and was told that the part needed to fix my car had arrived! I was excited that after two months, my car would finally have the interior door handle I had been waiting for. I took the afternoon off of work, came in only to discover that the part that had came in was for the wrong trim, and would not fit on my car. The associate I had been working with, Fred, promised me that he would reach out to me next week to let me know that the correct part had been ordered. Well, it's another week later, and yet again I have not not heard a thing. I can't remember the name of the sales manager I worked with when I initially bought the car, but he hasn't reached out to me either.
Frankly, this is getting tiresome. I just want the door handle in my car fixed, as was promised and agreed upon at the time of purchase. I have been patient, and after two months my patience has run dry.
They don't honor warranties, from previous ownership - One mad hyundai owner
I asked the manger why I wasn't informed that the warranty wouldn't be honored, he threatened to call the cops on me over asking him a question , I have been taking my car there since I brought it, but I will start taking it elsewhere
