The young man that helped me make my decision was a very good salesman but more than that he knew his product and never made me feel pressured. Also, Jordan had one item that he promised to follow up with me about, and honestly I didn't think he would remember, but he did. That was impressive to me. I went to purchase my leased car. I had a pre-approval from my own bank and all I needed was the buyout packet. When they gave me the form of the total price there was a fee for "Resistall" I asked salesmen what that was for and he told me "it's just part of the closing cost" which is a complete lie. I had to google what that was and it is a clear coating they car add to cars for $299.00. I called salesmen to ask him why they added a service onto the deal and didn't disclose. He stated that it is part of the closing fee. But once again it is a service they weren't tell me or adding to the car. Then salesmen tells if I remove the "Resistall" then the closing fee would increase (WHICH IS 100% ILLEGAL) CLOSING FEES CAN NOT CHANGE FOR ANYONE OR ANY CAR. I will be contacting Hyundai directly and also contacting the S.C. Department of Consumer Affairs.

I had been looking to replace my '13 Hyundai Azera with a similar size sedan. I had been so pleased with the Azera that I decided to stay in the Hyundai family of cars and move to a Genesis. I had a specific color and package that I was interested in and Jeff found one for me.
Hyundai Recalls - BG
Had an appointment for 2 recalls. I also received a free oil change and was on my way in about an hour. Much faster than the estimate. Was offered a free wash and vacuum but refused because l was in a hurry and it was about to rain which it did before I got home.

I have been waiting almost 6 months for an extended warranty to be credited to my loan. I cancelled in 3 days. They lost it. 2 months later I tried again. 2 months after that the "Easycare Co" issued a check to dealership. Now it is 6 weeks later and still not credited to loan. Because of the delay, EasyCare issued a check for 97% of what I paid. I also paid interest on the loan for this warranty. They cannot handle this paperwork, How bad is service and sales paperwork?
