I have never been treated better from any dealership then these two gentlemen. The were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, was my first time there and would recommend them.

When the salesperson says it's a soft pull on your credit report, it isn't. It's a hard pull. Be aware!! I don't know why they would say that, it brings down your credit score. I am sure they aren't the only ones to do this, but it's frustrating.

Took a commitment to buy a car on 11/17/20 with salesman Daniel Phelps.
Sent all information to start the paperwork same day.
Today (11/18) he told me that a walk in drove the car and bought it.
Totally and absolutely unprofessional.
How you can deal with this kind of car dealerships that they don't respect nothing.
That's another reason why the US is getting way behind with competitive and real
professional worldwide markets that happens to know how to respect all lines of
work from A to Z.
Needless to say Myrtle Beach Hyundai will be the last place to go maybe not even for a coffee.

We went in to sell a vehicle to them and buy a new vehicle, the vehicle we went to sell was owned by a friend of ours who gave us permission to sell it to them. they agreed to buy the vehicle and sold us a new 2020 Santa Fe, however they never paid for the old car or brought it as agreed. Now we are stuck with an extra loan payment with a baby on the way. We went in to get the paperwork from the estimate to purchase the old vehicle which we had to sign with the sales person and now they can't seem to find the paperwork, and have stated that they are not going to honor the agreement as it has been over 3 months to get the paperwork from the owner. (it has only been 2.5 months since we did this agreement). Do not deal with this company go to Columbia and deal with a reputable Hyundai dealer. We spoke with the owner and he said let me go get the paperwork and then just walked by us and went back to his office. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They lie and are cheats, of and by the way they still have the old vehicle as well.
