On April 22, 2021, I traded in my Ford Escape and purchased and drove off the lot in a Hyundai Santa Fe from Hyundai dealership in Greenville. I was told I was financed through Wells Fargo and my first payment would be due on 6/6/21. Well since that day I have been back and forth between Hyundai and Wells Fargo. Long story short, Hyundai lied! Wells Fargo has informed me that the auto loan was not approved. Hyundai does not return my phone calls and when I have went back to the dealership to speak with the manager in person he has continued to tell me they are working it out and WF is taking a long time. Meanwhile I’ve had to pay May and June car payment on my Ford Escape bc since their is no auto loan it has not been paid off. The car isn’t registered either with the DMV. At this point, I want to return this Hyundai, get my down payment returned and my Ford Escape I traded in and go elsewhere to find a car. I have spoke to Ted and Wesley Butts only when I went up there in person. No one returns my phone calls and I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround. I want my down payment back and I want to return this car bc I do not want to have anything to do with this dealership. I will be letting every social media outlet about this as well since no one wants to handle this situation. This has stressed me out immensely. If I have to keep this car, I want the purchase price lowered and I will get it financed through my credit union.

Every visit to this dealer has been an exercise in frustration. Yesterday, after driving 1.5 hours to an appointment for a recall I was informed that they didn't have the parts. I had made this appointment a couple of weeks earlier, so I asked why no one contacted me to tell me the parts weren't available. I was told by the Service Manager "we don't provide that service". Don't ever buy a car or get service from this disaster.
