Chris service advisor is very helpful and went out of his way to ensure my 16 year old daughters car was serviced correctly. Parts from ford came in and 1 of them was wrong due 2 boxed error from the factory. Mike the service tech caught the error when the correct part arrived double checked the car and ensured everything was safe with no issues after he test driven it. Chris even went out of his way and personally drove the car to my house on his break while I was out of town to make sure my daughter has her car. He is what customer service is all about. Thank you very much Chris, Mike and Berkeley Ford for all your help.

On Saturday the 1st. February I was traveling from the Northeast on my way to Florida, when my engine lite came on. Needless to say I became very concerned and there were words flashing saying Grate Flapper malfunction. I stopped my car and called my Toyota dealership at home and explained my problem and they advised me to have the car checked out. They gave me the address for Davis Toyota. I walked into the service department and was greeted by Ken who was courteous and quick to address the car problem. He engaged his senior mechanic Vince and with in a short period of time the car was fixed and I was able to continue my trip. Thank you for a pleasant experience Davis Toyota 💜

Have a used 2016 beetle convertible. I brought it in for a recall repair. The service center was knowledge & quick. Also had salesman, Sage, spend time with me discussing my car needs. I mentioned the tan rag top had some stains & can he make a cleaning recommendation. He had Shaun in the detail department take a look at it. Shaun was able to get ALL the previous owners stains out. The service I recieved was STELLAR from Sage, Shawn & the service department. I'll definitely be back! Thank you

I had the oil change on my 2020 Silverado on June 25, 2025. My service advisor, Dylan, was very friendly and informative. He explained everything to me while I was there. The oil technician, Alan, even took the initiative to make a video of the underside of my truck so that I could see that everything looked good. Great experience all around! 👍

I was brought back to my house in a new truck. The car was delivered to my house as soon as the service was completed. Everything went like clockwork. We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..
