Delivery of loaner car is very good with notices sent in plenty of time. Service is performed as promised. However, contacting service to establish an appointment in the first place is always slow and hit or miss. This has been the case for the seven years we have dealt with OC Welch. With the departure of Craig as sales manager, I have no one to contact when I have issues. And, for heavens sake, please clean up the site, it is pathetic when a customer pulls in and can find NO place to park to conduct business! Sloppy presentation of your dealership!

On October 20th, I took my Ford F-150 Platinum truck for - Bob

On October 20th, I took my Ford F-150 Platinum truck for two factory recall repairs. Upon arrival, the Service Department Specialists (Christian and Oscar) provided exceptional customer service. A special shoutout to Christian for being extremely helpful and polite in ensuring that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. While it took a week to get the recall repairs completed, I am very satisfied with the work completed. Therefore, I would highly recommend Service Department of Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia to others.
