I recently brought my Subaru Forester to AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head for a scheduled maintenance service, and overall it was a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The service advisors were courteous, took the time to review the scheduled maintenance with me, and made sure I understood what would be done during the visit. I appreciated how organized and efficient the check-in process was. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and I was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle. It gave me peace of mind knowing my Forester was being handled by technicians who are knowledgeable and experienced with Subaru vehicles. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the time pass more easily while my car was being serviced. When the work was finished, everything was explained clearly, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. Overall, I’m satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service provided. I would gladly return for future maintenance and recommend AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head to other Subaru owners in the area.

McDaniels is great! I have only used them for service since I bought my forester in Maine before coming to South Carolina. The service department is superb: always courteous, responsive, helpful and always performs the required service quickly. My advisor keeps me up to date and carefully explains what was done and makes recommendations for needed service. Will definitely buy my next Subaru from McDaniels.

Just had my old Subaru repaired (major work) called for a quote and simply got the best service manager I've ever dealt with. Up front with all estimates and had the work done in a timely manner. After several phone calls to other dealers, I decided to go with these people no mater what just because of this managers phone professionalism. Very satisfied with the outcome so far.
