I've been a loyal customer of Midlands VW for over ten years, both purchasing and leasing multiple types of vehicles, and my experience today working with Jim and with Chris was the best one by far. Jim went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable from start to finish, found exactly what I was hoping for (a gorgeous 2025 Atlas!), and was an advocate for me and the price range I came in aiming for. Chris made the financial and paperwork pieces of the puzzle so easy and was equally as welcoming and accommodating for anything and everything I needed. They both let me be in control of the process (or at least feel like it!) and made sure I walked out the door with everything I wanted. I genuinely can't thank and recommend Jim, Chris, and Midlands VW!

McDaniel’s VW dealership reneged from an agreement I had with them last night - including approval on financing pending the trade in of my daughter’s 2017 VW Beetle. Talk about double-talk and a terrible sales ethic - I would NOT buy a car, get my vehicle serviced here, or trust this dealership even if they offered me a car for FREE! My salesman Brandon and I had a deal last night when I went to bed - only to find out at around noon today that the vehicle was sold to this young lady- congratulations on your purchase! To my family and friends in the Columbia,SC area - this dealership has no moral compass and if your word is your bond - this VW dealership has failed the Golden Rule. If you’re smart - you will take your business elsewhere! McDaniel’s VW cares only about $$$$. Worst example of customer loyalty I’ve ever experienced - how does management here sleep at night?
