They don't live up to their promises - craws01
I recently purchased a BMW X5 and was told that there were two keys included with the vehicle. After all the paperwork was completed and I was ready to leave I asked for the second key. I was informed that they couldn't find the second key, but I was assured that they would find it and send it to me. It has been several weeks now and she stopped responding to my inquiries regarding the key. These keys are over $300 and now I will need to purchase one myself.

Do not buy from here. The buying experience is awesome, but let something go wrong or they call for a recall. They act like they don't know what your talking about or they will not offer a discount for something they broke. Fed up. If taking a car back was as easy as returning something to the store.
