I had a problem with my previous vehicle, so I took it to Wegners to be fixed. After a half hour of trying to figure out what was wrong they came to me and said that it had something to do with my transmission filter. It was going to need to replace that plus a few other parts that was going to cost me a fortune to do! So I talked to the owner and the manager and they were so sympathetic. They said lets get you in a new reliable vehicle! found me my wonderful buick that i have now for less than what i was paying for my five year old jeep! and they even went the extra mile to find me $500 more than quoted on top of my $3000 in rebates! I was impressed with them completely! they worked their butts off to help me!

Friendly staff. Be careful what you buy. I bought a used Explorer from them and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but comes to find out, the transmission needs to be replaced. I didn't find this out till about 2 weeks after buying the vehicle. The "check engine" light came on 2 days after I bought it and I finally had time to get it checked out and sure enough the transmission needs to be replaced. So, this was an existing problem and they just cleared the code before sticking it on the lot. It's extremely frustrating and stressful> Like I said, the staff is friendly, but there's a reason for that, they are just trying to get the pieces of crap off of their lot.I WILL never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS.

They got me in when other nearby dealerships where two days out. They told me what they were going to do, they did it, they claimed warranty. It is really nice to be taken care of quickly and with genuine care. The team did a great job. I travel for work and it has been 10 years since another dealer treated me this well.

My wife and I purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee. We were told we would get agree oil changes for a year. When I brought the vehicle in for the first oil change I was ignored by 2 employees when I walked in the door, then was told that they had no info of free oil changes for us. They took care of that 1 and said that we would get a call on Monday informing us on the oil changes. No call at all that week, I have made a total of 5 calls and spoke with a "manager" each time. Every time they acted as if they had no idea of what was happening or how to resolve the situation. I was always told "we'll figure this out and call you back". It has been 2 months and still no calls back. I have given up with them. I will never do business with them for anything and will never recommend them.

Our Wrangler needed warranty work for air bags. iversons put us off for months. Finally we got it in and they had ordered the wrong parts. When we went to pick it up that had parked it a block away in a mud hole and we had to wade through to get in. We took it to Watertown Ford and Chrysler where they did the work professionally with their awesome service department.

Less than 50 miles and having elec / gauge problems. Speedometer not working and unreliable. They're not even willing to look at it. Go someplace that stands behind what they sell, and cares about the safety of you and your family.
