Horrible service department!!... couldn't get anyone to return my calls, called 3 times was told each time that I would receive a call back. I bought my car there and have had service done there before. So disgusted, took my car to another dealership (not a Mazda.)to have it repaired. Won't be back to Wyatt Johnson for anything.

WARNING! This dealership sells damaged vehicles without letting you know. My son purchased a 2016 Audi SQ5 in 2019. Told the car was worth $36K and he was getting a great deal at $32K. After driving a few months, he realized something was drastically wrong as the front tires wore down from near new to bald. The Audi dealer confirmed that the front end was bent and would cost $6000 to try to repair. They said the car was likely worth around $17K because of the damage. We both talked to the dealer who said, "they would make this right," but after 4 months of doing nothing, they now say there is nothing they can do. This dealership CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

We are from Kentucky and our Mazda CX-5 had suddenly shut down while on vacation in Pidgeonforge., Tennessee. We were kind of stranded, but we’re able to get to our cabin thru our daughter and her family. The next morning we needed some help from the dealership to possibly look at our car once we got it towed there. My husband called the dealership Saturday morning, the next day. The receptionist was as rude as can be, wouldn’t allow my husband to even talk with the mechanic, and told us ‘ don’t know what to tell yah’ . We’ve never been treated so rudely, and we are an elderly couple. Just needed to let you all know, so she doesn’t chase customers away, with her ignorance!

I just traded in my older CX-5 for a new one. I worked with Jeremy who did a great job of making the sales experience very smooth. I really like the service center here too. I have historically not been a fan of car dealerships, but this one has been the exception. I've bought 2 cars here and been in the service center for multiple maintenance visits.
Mazda Miata battery - TGS1955
I have a 97 miata that I purchased used, No one has touched this car in 11 years except Bill Gatton Mazda. I purchased a battery which is still under warranty. The battery is totally dead. They will not test/charge the battery without the vehicle and I cannot get the vehicle there without a battery. Their solution was to have the vehicle towed in at my expense.

I have owned a Mazda for 12 years. My husband said its time for a new car. We came to Gray Epperson and found this wonderful man name Rick McCarthy, who help us find the car that we purchased in May of 2017 the CX-3. Loved the car, now its a year later, and we decide the car just was not big enough for our family, not Rick fault, mine. So I returned to the dealership, and of course I am asking for the wonderful man that helped me last year. Now I own the CX-5 everything went great. Such a wonderful dealer everyone there is very helpful.
