The service department, mainly Neal, has always taken care of me even when I didn’t have an appointment. He has treated me like family each visit. No trip to see you has been routine and Neal has made sure that I was taken care of. He has ordered several parts and orchestrated the repair of my 2015 challenger and 2018 Jeep. Each time he has arranged for me to have transportation back to Soddy Daisy where I currently reside. Neal has become my go to guy for any auto repairs on my mopar products. I will be a customer for life.

I am always pressed for time, so it is so nice to know that I can get in and out with the express oil change in a very timely manner. The day I stopped in, Heather Gooch was the first person to greet me. She covered everything that would be covered in my oil change and service that I was there for. Not only did I feel welcome, but it felt that she wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. I have bought many vehicles from Miracle, and I have never been let down or disappointed with the customer service. Out of all the times I have been to the dealership, Heather has to stand out as the most "outgoing" and "concerned for the customer", person I have encountered! Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to.
Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes.
Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.

Recently my wife had issues with her 2019 Jeep Cherokee; The Callaway and the service team were up front that it would be hard to produce the issue. They gave us a loaner and kept ours for 2.5 weeks. They ended up replacing the ignition switch. They didn't blow us off and showed care for getting the issue resolved.

I have been working with Bob Frensly's service department guys for around 2 years now on two Challenger Hellcats. They worked with FCA on my behalf when I was to frustrated. They have fixed everything that I have ever brought the car in for. I have seen some of the reviews on here and am kinda shocked on the negative ones. Everyone from sales to service that I have had interact with have always treated me with respect.
This is the only dealer that worked with me to debug a oil consumption issue in my first hellcat. Other dealers that I will not mention there names told me my issues was due to parking at a incline which the car was not designed for. Bob Frensly's shop gave me straight answers, scoped the bores; in short, they acted like professionals.
Again, this is the only shop I will take a car to.

I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 in for initial warranty service with seven problems. Not one single problem was addressed, as all were can not duplicate. Kept the truck for two days. This is my third Ram truck and my last. If they can't do warranty repair, what good is it. When they called me for a reference of my service experience and found out I was dissatisfied, they very quickly cut the conversation short and I never received the survey in the mail. That should tell you that the available information is skewed. I haven't any info about sales service. I will try another dealership for service.

I bought my Jeep a little over a year ago, every time I needed it serviced the experience was awful. There service advisors was all rude. I understand that my oil changes was free but that is something they gave me for purchasing the vehicle there. It would take 3-4 hours for a simple oil change. When I called to make an appointment for my last oil change I was told that because it was free I was going to have to wait almost 2 weeks cause the paying customers came first. I will never recommend this service department to anyone nor will I ever use it again.

I have a 2012 2500 RAM with the Hemi engine. It's used to pull trailers around so it sat a lot. A rat decided to make a nest with my wires under the hood somewhere. So i bring it to my local dodge dealer to get it repaired... Not so fast.... DODGE Does not have the wire harness that got chewed ??? So first they tell me they found one in Georgia.. But after a week, No they don't. Then they tell me we can fix it in house by repairing it, after another week , No we can't do that... So now i have a large Hemi planter for the yard.... What kind of Company sales a product then fails to keep parts for the product ? When i ask the service guy my options, "well you need to find a junk yard with your make and model truck and get it that way"... WOW... If you buy a Dodge don't expect to get replacement parts for your dealership, need a good junk yard and a mechanic.
Zero Star Rating - Highly Upset
The service department here is absolutely horrible! They like to screw people over on over priced parts and labor. They had truck for over a month, wanted to charge us $2000 for the parts and labor they had done and the truck still wouldn't start. They also burnt up 2 batteries while the truck was there that we had to pay for! We got the truck and took it to someone else, he got the truck running and noticed that the oil pressure gage wasn't working. Note, We paid the dealership for a new oil pressure gage that apparently didn't get put on! I wouldn't even give this dealership any stars at all!
