I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on July 17th for - Shelby Adams
I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on July 17th for an alignment and several warranty issues, including a faulty passenger seat massager, lumbar/bolster support, a malfunctioning driver assist feature, and a front bumper that kept popping out. The car wasn’t assigned to a technician until July 21st, and I didn’t receive a loaner until July 22nd — after being told it was ready, only to find out it had a dead battery and needed to be replaced.
After nearly two weeks in the shop, I picked up the car on August 1st. Before leaving, I noticed the seat massager still didn’t work. A tech cleared a code, and that resolved the issue. However, on the way home, the driver assist system still showed “service required,” and the bumper popped out again — meaning two of the key issues were not fixed.
Although staff were courteous, the delays, miscommunication, and unresolved repairs made for a frustrating experience.
